Terrible experience. Ordered structure to place between shipping containers. Ordered in advance - due to extremely long delivery times.
Was to be erected at our business site. The teams installed this in the New Year (obviously Christmas shut down has delayed things further), and when we arrived on site, we saw it was white. We specifically ordered green to blend in with the surrounding countryside.
We immediately contacted Kroftman by email - and by the time they responded, simply advised that after 2 weeks they won’t correct the error. When we suggested that they had, in fact, sent us the cheaper fabric too, from that which was ordered - they responded with a photograph of our item - the incorrect one! Thereby admitting that they were aware the product was incorrect before even dispatching it!! We are now of the opinion that they were out of stock of the item we wanted, and rather than risk losing the sale - send the incorrect one - knowing that due to Brexit, import and export delays and costs, we would be unlikely to return it! What an absolute shower! Avoid!

Awful experience. We placed an order for 2x TC1012 Canopy shelters which took forever to arrive.

When they did eventually show up they were missing 8 essential parts from each canopy (total of 16), this means we are unable to complete their erection.

I have tried contacting Kroftman via every means possible but they will not respond.

I had very good relations with Kroftman from start to finish, product was well packaged for shipping and arrived promptly when delivered.
