Top notch customer service
I have been impressed from the beginningwith my interactions with KTS. The account is kept accurate and current but more important is the customer service. every phone call, question, or concernis always handled quickly, competently and courtesously. I was concenred at first because of stories abut companies that involve funding from Medicaid. But KTS has been remarkable in how they handle things. KTS Pool Trust staff is professional, competent and compassionate
My interactions with the staff of KTS Pooled Trust have always been professional, compassionate, respectful and supportive. They have consistently responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner but most importantly with competence. A couple years ago, I had to set up a pool trust for my mother and I was uncertain what to do and how to began but the staff was kind enough to walk me through it step by step with patience and understanding. We were in dire straights when my mother suddenly had a heart attack and our world changed drastically. I was mentally outstretched, distrustful, and so confused. KTS was incredibly helpful and has proven themselves trustworthy to us over these past few years. They have so much patience and are extremely professional.
