Non existent customer service
I received the scooter and the brakes stopped working in just a few days and there was rust on the scooter. I did not receive a confirmation email or an order number. I sent an email and a follow up email for refund request but did not receive a response to either email. Too bad I didn't read all of these reviews earlier. I would never have spent all this money, it's clearly not a reputable company. Next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m having my bank investigate them for fraud. I ordered a scooter in the beginning of June and have not received a product. It took weeks for them to tell me they couldn’t ship to me and I asked for my money back. They have ghosted me and still have not refunded my money. They have $600 that is mine. This company is criminal and should be investigated.

The customer support agent that got assigned to me was very helpful and kind. He worked with me to find a solution to get a phone holder that was out of stock shipped to me. I love it! His proposition was to ship it in a different colour or a logo-free version for some reason. I don't really care that it has no logo, because he promised me that it has the exact same appearance and function.

I am extremely disappointed. After waiting for over a month for my replacement scooter (which arrived defective with Error E7), customer service made a huge mistake asking me for a video of a scooter that is already in their Polish warehouse. I immediately replied to clarify their misunderstanding. They told me they would reply "as soon as possible", but it has now been 4 days of total silence. No updates, no shipping tracking number, nothing. This is unacceptable customer management. I want my new scooter shipped immediately!
