Thankyou for your questionnaire. I found the tree too big in width at the bottom but good in height. One of the bottom branches was broken at the joint but is no problem to me as I can push the tree into a corner with the broken branch at the back. I had not realized the tree is so wide at the bottom and not as full as I am used to. On the whole I am pleased with the tree It fulfils my needs in that the lights are already fitted for me which was why I chose this particular tree.

Easy, fast and great customer care
I was really pleased with the ease of use of the website, clear product description, broad selection. What really made the experience was the extreme short delivery time. And the strong after care - although a light cable was missing, the weekend support and professional issue resolution really made up for it.

Nice website, with a good amount of options to choise from for every budjet. Easy to order, no problems with payments and the deliverytime was fine.
