Melanie gave fantastic customer service when I booked my ski holiday, she was efficient and provided great communication when booking the ski trip.

We were made to feel very comfortable very quickly and became aware we were dealing with a polished professional company. All details of the holiday were carefully explained thoroughly and to our satisfaction. A lovely addition was the offer of a variety of drinks, chocolates and a complimentary gift pack of sun lotions and other items useful on a holiday. Top, top quality from entering the store.

Before going to Bluewater shopping it was never our intention to book a holiday. We were passing the Kuoni store and noticed the moving ad featuring the Maldives.
We thought we would make a general enquiry so asked Hannah for more information. It transpired that the deal being advertised on the screen was due expire at 6pm that day . Hannah provided us with personal knowledge of her visiting the same island. Her personal knowledge was the deciding factor in our saying yes to a holiday we hadn’t planned or consided . We were very impressed with her calm manner when dealing with our questions.
We are now looking forward to having an amazing holiday. Thank you very Hannah.

They listen to what we wanted and came up with a holiday that fitted our requirements. They can be trusted to organise what they say. We found Melissa very good as took over half way through planning.

Over the years I have booked many trips through Kuoni, the level of service has always been excellent and this is why I book with Kuoni.

I contacted Kuoni to arrange a special holiday to the Maldives to celebrate my 50th birthday in December. Given the significance of the trip, I expected a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

I arranged a consultation appointment and was expecting a call from the Sheffield office. Unfortunately, no call was received at the agreed time. When he eventually contacted me later, I was told that he had been too busy in the office to keep the appointment. Needless to say, I had spent time waiting for the call and was disappointed that my time was not afforded the same consideration.

During that conversation, I provided details of what I was looking for and was assured that some holiday options would be sent to me by Friday. Friday came and went with no communication whatsoever. It was only after I contacted the office again that I received a response by email and two proposals were eventually sent.

Since then, I have heard nothing further for over a week.

Overall, the customer service and experience have fallen well below the standards I would expect from a premium travel company. Repeated failures to honour agreed appointments and timescales have left me with very little confidence in Kuoni's ability to plan what would be a significant and expensive trip. I have found the whole experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Jade in your Oxford street branch is a delight to do business with. She is friendly, polite, professional, helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for her and I am most impressed that she always remembers my name because she must meet many many customers.

Received excellent service from Gemma Hyndman when booking our holiday to Sri Lanka. We wanted a memorable experience as this holiday is for our 30th wedding anniversary. Gemma listened to what was important to us and advised on the best hotels and experiences according to our brief. Some of the hotels didn't end up being available, however, Gemma sorted new hotels that were just as good, if not better. We appreciated Gemma's knowledge and experience. We can't wait for our holiday to Sri Lanka and we are excited for the itinerary.
