I booked a holiday to Italy with Kuoni & I must say the whole process was simply perfect from start to finish.All my requirements were dealt with promptly & professionally by a friendly staff member. I highly recommend this company.

We were looked after really well by Charlotte at KuoniMeadowhall. She couldn’t do enough for us. We booked the Maldives plus a cruise and Charlotte also found us Black Friday offers and upgrades to our holiday. Really great service and brilliant company. I went with Kuoni many years ago to the Maldives, they were great then and brilliant now. They book EVERY stage of your holiday for you. Highly recommended.

We wanted something special for our golden wedding and we are going as a family. Florence helped and advised us and her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding.

Nathaniel at the Meadowhall store has always exceeded our expectations.
He listens carefully to your needs, is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
He.very quickly sorted out an amendment to our forthcoming holiday, as requested.

Booking very easy . Knowledge on location was very good .war in Iran may stop holiday in September as our stopover airport has been bombed.

From the first phone call everything was so professional and efficient. The agent (Sheela) on site was so helpful and knowledgeable on the outings that would suit us and our time. From booking,flights, transfers and hotel everything was 5Star.

We booked through Sophie in Kuoni, John Lewis, Cardiff. She was amazing, considering we didn’t really have much of a plan. Sophie patiently talked us through many options, arranged flights, hotels and private tours. The whole trip to Vietnam was beyond our expectations and everything went to plan.

We have booked a family holiday (all adults) to South Africa and Mozambique including a safari. Malcolm who is an African travel expert helped immensely with being able to personally recommend hotels and lodges for us to consider, giving us an insight we wouldn’t have had by just looking online. We have a lot of flights booked both international and internal and Malcolm was able to get us all booked in with everything coinciding perfectly. We have used Kuoni before and they are definitely my go to travel company for holidays requiring a little more attention than your usual package deal.

Area for improvement would be the quality and speed of the online system which for such a good company is of poor quality

Nathaniel paid attention to our requirements throughout and worked professionally to organise our holiday. Everything that could be confirmed was sorted within a couple of days.

Amazing from start to finish, we used Kuoni for our honeymoon following a recommendation from a friend, we knew we wanted to go to the Maldives however after speaking with Faye at Kuoni she managed to get us a great price on a Maldives trip & Dubai stop off on the return journey. The attention to detail they go to is second to none, Faye really listened to our requirements and tailored a few options for us to choose from.

Will 100% be using Kuoni again for future holidays.

The Kuoni store in John Lewis London is really responsive and very helpful (special mention to Jade and Jack).

They were brilliant at making suggestions and coming back on time with suggestions and alternatives.

Always kept in touch with timings and expectations.

The only reason it isnt 5 star is that they werent able to secure the hotel that we wanted at the desired price - so 4 and a half stars!

Prompt attention with personable assistant. Quickly booked the holiday we had in mind. Took on board our request to find out more about hire cars at the destination and provided the information quickly by email. Excellent service.

Absolutely superb experience with Neil. So helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects of our travel. He was able to plan our holiday around our must haves. Would encourage anyone to use Kuoni especially the Chester branch.
