Terrible company, terrible service. They cannot exchange cancelled flight already 2 months. They promise to do it 1 day before departure but I don’t trust anymore.

Needed a flight from Dublin to Philippines. Kupi.com listed that they have a flight from Dublin - Helsinki-Bangkok(via Finnair) - then Bangkok to the Philippines(via Thai Airways). Booked the flight grand - Had all the covid vaccines and documents ready - got on the plane to Helsinki - now my girlfriend is in Helsinki airport, next thing we know the flight itenerary that Kupi.com listed was not officially allowed as to covid restrictions. She wasnt't allowed on the plane. She is now stuck has nowhere to go. Accodring to the Transfer Assistance staff - the Itenerary that we have is against covid restrictions and shouldn't have been listed in the first place. As any flights from Finland to Bangkok should not be used as Transists or transfers to flights to other countries. So technically the FLIGHT ITENERARY they offered is technically ILLEGAL as it does not follow the current travel restricitons which makes their Service FRAUDULENT or a SCAM. - got in touch with their customer service saying that it is the customers fault that they booked the flight without reaseach - wherein they should have not listed it in the first place as the flight Itenerary does not follow Travel restritcions - this is due to the Agent/Company's negligence - listing itenerary's that shouldnt have been offered in their site to begin with - fooling customers. They are not offering any refund nor compensation - they can only do a refund if the "passenger dies or becomes ill due to the flight schedule changing" absolutely horrendus and their company should be audited or shutdown.

100% DO NOT TRUST

For a month was trying to reach them to change flight data, a month! At the end I did it at the airport for 50$. They also said in automated mail that they will contact me before departure, departing was at 12, I have received mail at 13:05. Wouldn’t fly with them even if it’s free. Also most of the 5* reviews are probably made by them, I spoke with a lot of people that had the same problem as I did, no costumer service at all, it seams to me that this company runs as semi scam.

I cancelled my ticket 30minutes after I ordered it, they sent a message saying I’ll be getting 50% of my refund, I have been waiting 40days plus for that refund, I contacted them about this, they said I still have to wait more for about 120days and there’s a possibility of extended timeframe, I called the airline myself to request for the refund but they told me only kupibilet can make such requests of which they haven’t received. Meanwhile kupibilet keeps telling me they sent a request and I should keep waiting for response. If I had read the reviews before I opened the website I would have thought it’s just people’s different opinions but trust me, it’s trash agency. Another thing they don’t have any number to contact Incase you run into difficulties…you’re on your own. You’ll chat with a bot!!!

I had worst service experience from Kupibilet. I strongly don’t recommend this service because you couldn’t contact them in case of any issues.
I had order 7301674402 for tickets Moscow-Antalya Moscow by Turkish Airlines. On 14.04.21 I received a message that my return flight on 23.04.21 was cancelled. I immediately send a message through kupibilet site ( because there are no any other chanel to contact them) to change return ticket. There were no any answer except automatic reply that my message was received. I tried to contact them few times but hasn’t received any answer. So there were no any support and solution for problem with their order. So my strong recommendation - never use this service. In case of any problem you will loose your nervous, time and money.

The first time I booked tickets here, there were certain concerns, I exhaled when I received everything in the post office. I checked all my data a hundred times so as not to mess up on my part)

I have been using Kupibilet since 2017 and has never failed me. Their price are cheap compared to other ticketing agencies and airlines

They just took my money for the ticket and didn't provide any information.
They just have an error with data or so on...
The worst fly ticket website...

My mother's flight for august 11 got cancelled 2 weeks ago with no reason explained. They just informed us via email and told us to send a request to help with situation and promised to respond us before our cancelled flight day. But despite the fact that we immediately sent a request to exchange our ticket we failed to get any feedback from them. I also tried to contact their customer care but no response as well.
Today is august 9 and we are still waiting for any feedback from KUPIBILET.
I'm 8 months pregnant and waiting for my mom to come to Turkey but with this uncertain situation don't even know what to do...
You just can't be this irresponsible.

Our flight was canceled for coronavirus and now they say that we didn't go to the airport and that they will not return our money. First, they say that will return the money that we need to wait for a little after a month they say that some certificate for changing the fly and they say this after the time expires for this, after that they say that we could go to the fly that the fly was not canceled is like a joke, they make everything possible to try to convince you that is not their fault and in the end, they keep the money. DO NOT BUY ON THEIR SITE they can't be trusted.

i bought a ticket for my friend on KUPIBILET.RU, we paid and got the itinerary, the confirmation number is 88J8ZQ, but we were informed that the flight is cancelled because of the covid-19, then we have tried to contact the customer service via calling and emails, no replies at all.

We bought a ticket on line with them. After successfully paid the transaction and receiving the e-ticket (we checked with Aeroflot and the booking was there), we received a notification that we need to provide within 40 minutes otherwise our trip would be cancelled and the refund would not be secured.

please consider that the message arrived ar 22:40 Moscow time on a Friday night. I was lucky to read it.

We provided the picture of passport and credit card (only last 4 digits visible) as requested and then we got the message that the picture was not good....

Race agains time started. Messages were exchanged, more pictures sent, more excuses from their side...

We then received a message stating that the flight was cancelled and that money would be returned within 30 days....

I do not find the words to describe how bad this is. Never experienced ANYTHING like this in all my life.
This Company should be investigated and shut down to prevent other people to fall into their "traps".
I blame also AEROFLOT to allow similar companies to access to their services. Companies like KUPIBILET are a shame and tarnish every airline allowing to sell plane tickets through them.

This happened on the birthday of one of the traveller as it was supposed to be a present: a trip to italy to spend time with her daughter and granddaughter.
