They can take money from your account for a ticket, then send you some letter of "explanation" why they are canceling your ticket. You may start your "journey" without being informed of you don't have a ticket anymore.
You will not get any call or sms to inform you about this, just a strange email, which is "informing" you that they had doubt on your transaction and that is why they avoided your ticket. And this is in case while you provided them security code for bank transaction in a proper way, got by sms from the system.
When money back to the account, they are even less than it was transacted from your account before.
Not trusted company for me anymore.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I tried to buy tickets through this company twice. First time they've cancelled my ticket 2 days later "for security reasons". Second time they refused to exchange my ticket “because it was already too late” despite the fact that I sent a request almost immediately after purchase. Stay away from this company if you want to have peace of mind.

I have done flight tickets from your website. And the airlines (air astan) cancelled it. You guys mentioned that the refund will be under 30 days. But its 4 months since then and i havent received any refund or email yet. I tried calling your customer care but they also dont respond call for 20 minutes straight.

Be prepared not to be checked-in in airport even with "confirmed" e-ticket. I was forced to buy new tickets in the airport 4 times more expensive. Support doesn't work at all - after returning I tried to claim for refunding, but they didn't do anything even answer without additional chasing.
Also it will be hard to return money in court - officially you buy tickets in small unknown agency from little Russian town.
UPD: Order ID 4124189672, but as I pointed above my claim is already 4 months without any progress.

How much time does kupibilet take to do refund to an international bank account and how does it send the refund - in rubles or in that country's currency?

hey please let me know can we pay our payment through guardian card as we are student studying in abroad so let us know because your company provoking to cancel flight as it got paid n confirm n asking for details of card separately. I am seriously not getting this please explain it.it is confirmed tickets n thats payment we done by our parents card .

It rejected three credit cards in a row for no obvious reason and I gave up. Either a phishing site, or just incompetent.

Albeit attractive prices, none of my Australian and UK bank cards were accepted on their website. One of these cards were from Commonwealth Bank of Australia - a very reputable local bank. Waste of time and unhelpfully mediocre customer service.
