Do not buy. I am walking home from a 60th birthday party. I am 28 and regular size. I have danced a little tonight and am walking 10 minutes from the venue. This is the second time wearing them. Both straps have snapped off now. Worst quality shoes I own. Don’t buy. Going to ask my husband if he can fix them with his pliers. They have snapped off from the heels. So now it’s like walking home in heeled flip flops

Paid for next day delivery 2 days ago which by the way is £6.95, for it NOT TO TURN UP! DPD have no clue where my item is and nobody at KG responds!! SHOCKING especially after an over £100 order! Items gone missing that was needed! Will NEVER shop here again.
UPDATE:
Emailed but says 48 hours for a response so literally pointles. How hard is it to deliver next day??? 3 days late now

No issues with order process and the sneakers arrived reasonably quickly.
I bought the Southbank Tag Sneakers in dark brown with crystals. Beautiful shoes. Very pleased with them and I did size up based on others' feedback (a half size would have been perfect).
This was a very expensive purchase for me and a personal reward for something and the intention was to wear them frequently.
I went out by bus on their first outing (summer) and it had been raining during the day.
On the bus home, a bus I take weekly, the soles of the shoes were slippery on the lino of the bus floor which gave me a scare when I slid. I also didn't feel secure wearing them on some types of wet pavement.
For the price of these shoes, I find that so disappointing as I am now limited to times I feel I can wear them. I have worn an assortment of shoes on that bus and never had to worry about slipping before.
There appears to be nowhere on the Kurt Geiger page to leave feedback.

I have ordered from the company twice. It doesn’t bother me that much that the shipping takes many days. What bothered me both times was the packaging. I bought two bags and they arrived simply in a plastic bag, without even a protective box.
My first order was the Kensington Drench bag, and my main complaint is that for such an expensive bag, the packaging was extremely poor — just a bag and that’s it, with no box and no special care to ensure it would arrive without any damage.
The second order was the Brooke clutch bag, and when I opened it, one corner was dented and the rhinestones were missing. I believe that if there had been proper packaging from the company, something like this would not have happened. I’m not sure I would go through the process of ordering again.

I have waited since 30th of December for my refund and I am still waiting. I contacted customer services regarding this and got an automated reply back. It’s been so long that I have waited my refund and I did not have the option to exchange, the product I wanted to buy is now out of stock.

After ordering product estimated delivery date was 9 of January. However, it was delivered 2 weeks later 22 of January. Mind you, shipping is not free! After writing regarding late order to customer service who suppose to answer within 48 hours - they managed to be late too! Don't believe in anything they promise you - you will get nothing on time!

I've been a loyal customer for years - I've bought several one of a kind handbags, multiple bags, boots, accessories every year. The first time I've ever tried to contact Kurt Geiger for an issue i waited for days (they left out an item in my package). When they finally do respond they say that they are not at fault and will not refund my item, nor replace it. This is theft - they have taken my money without providing the product promised, and I will be filing formal disputes.

It never arrived and then the replacement got cancelled. I originally purchased using nhs discount and at the time that was greater than when I was required to repurchase due to failed delivery. I was offered a refund for the discount once I’d purchased again, I previously also had free next day delivery, which was no longer a promotion, due to delay I requested the replacement be cancelled. This is not the first time I have purchased and an item has not arrived.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down. The moment they take your money, they completely disappear. There is zero accountability, appalling communication, and no customer support whatsoever. If your parcel is lost or delivered incorrectly, you can kiss your money goodbye. To make matters worse, they use overseas call-centre agents who falsely present themselves as native speakers, which feels deliberately misleading and untrustworthy.
Dealing with them is a total waste of time and money.
