Prompt delivery. Shoes are of great quality but very heavy. Although I order right size and initially they fit perfectly, they stretched very quickly , and I had to put extra insoles that I can walk in them.
So, they are not really perfect as other shoes I bought from Kurt Geiger.

Order was not delivered. Contacted customer service multiple time only got same template to wait. Despite buying item over 3 weeks ago and delivery date scheduled for over 2 weeks ago. This is a joke.requested refund- no answer. Please AVOID . Save yourself stress and money. I’m based in Ireland.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Kurt Geiger, particularly with their online ordering and order tracking system.
Order number is - please note that I even paid for the delivery fees and up to this day, i have not received any update of my order. No delivery update whatsoever.
I placed an order recently on December 30, 2025
successfully and payment was taken in full without any issue. However, after completing the purchase, I did not receive any order confirmation email, which is the most basic expectation when shopping online. Even more concerning, when I logged into my Kurt Geiger account, the order was not visible at all in the “My Orders” section, as if it never existed.
Because of this, I had to contact customer service to chase my order. The team did respond and confirmed that the order was successful, and they provided me with an order number. While this initially seemed reassuring, the problems did not end there.
When I tried to use the order number provided to track my order, the system did not recognise the order at all. The tracking page showed no record of it existing. So despite being told by customer service that my order was confirmed, there is still:
• No confirmation email
• No order history visible in my account
• No working tracking information
• No delivery date or dispatch update
As a customer, this is incredibly frustrating and worrying. I have paid for an order, yet there is no reliable way to verify or track it through the company’s own systems. I am essentially being asked to trust that the order exists, without any proper documentation or transparency.
For a brand of this size and reputation, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase basic order information or worry about whether their purchase will even arrive after payment has already been taken.
This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in Kurt Geiger’s online service, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Until their order confirmation and tracking systems are reliable, I would not recommend shopping online with them.
I kindly request that the Kurt Geiger team give serious consideration to this feedback. My primary concern is the timely delivery of the bag, as it is intended as an anniversary gift for my partner. I trust that you will understand the urgency of this matter and ensure that my order is expedited for prompt delivery.

I never created an order. spent an hour shopping and the cart did not save. Second time this happened. Perhaps the stuff they sell is awesome but after wasting this much time trying to order I lost interest. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!

The two day shipping is dishonest, and just a way to make more money out of the consumer. If you have a problem on this app, there is no recourse. You can not speak to a person in any way. There phone # just directs you to a website where you only interact with AI.

My wife ordered a pin from them for someone she works with for Christmas we got the package the day before Christmas Eve and the box only had the order receipt and a return sticker and a little empty bag so an empty box she didn’t even get the pin she ordered and she got in contact with the company and they said that the package weighed one pound so they won’t be giving a refund or a new pin that’s bullshit because everyone knows that a delivery company can’t put anything weighing under a pound so yes we got screwed by a company that makes a lot of money they don’t care about there costumers at all and only money so if you are thinking about ordering from them don’t do it they will rob you with a smile

Products were good but at checkout it said order a gift box for your present so I did and when it arrived it was way too small for the bag! If a gift box is recommended it should be the right size for the purchased items.

Visited Edinburgh store and staff were extremely rude watched me as if I was there to shoplift one girl looking me up and down another ignored me stood talking to a girl about weekend plans the girl she was talking to then ignored me when I went into Carvela who after a quick google I’ve learned is your sister store.

I have been waiting on my order since I placed it on 2nd of december. My review on this platform has been deleted all though it was still respectful. Unfortunately the e-mails send are met with no compensation or actual action other than false promises.
I love this brand dearly, but this whole experience for the second time is just a let down.
Update: after a month they cancelled my order.

Trainers arrived very quickly and in time for Christmas. Trainers are lovely and very good quality. The only dissapointing thing was that the Box arrived dirty and damaged which I wasnt too happy about as they were a christmas present. Luckily I had a spare box to put them in.

I was really looking forward to these shoes. Spent £190 on a pair that looked nice in the store. Wore them just once – literally one short outing – and oh my god, the pain started almost immediately. One shoe (yes, just one) digs in so badly it’s like walking on nails. Impossible to wear without crying. Feels like a total manufacturing defect, rubbing in the worst possible spot.
Went back to the Arndale store today hoping for a simple exchange or refund. The staff member I spoke to was completely unhelpful – basically shrugged and said “once it’s sold, that’s it, even if it’s the next day and clearly faulty.” No apology, no effort to check the shoe, no suggestion of contacting anyone higher up. Just a flat no.
£190 down the drain for shoes I can’t even wear once without agony. So disappointing from a brand that talks big about “kindness” everywhere. Avoid this store if you want any kind of customer service or peace of mind. Worst shopping experience in ages – still fuming and stuck with useless shoes. Never again.

The website says they are available on weekends...they are not. Online chat is disabled during peak holiday season. On top of that..I placed an order on Dec 8th...charged my card but didn't send confirmation or tracking info within their promised 7 business day window. Multiple calls untilI reached someonelive who could only say how busy they are but could not tell me the status other than it wasn't picked for delivery yet and to check back in a few days. Left a chat message after a few days...they replied a few days later today order was shipped.
