Really terrible customer service. I placed an order on the 2nd of December and was told it would arrive by the 11th. it still had not shipped on the 11th. It isn't possible to contact a human, only AI customer service. I asked could I change the shipping address as their shipping partner said this could only be done by the shipper. The AI assistant said it was being done. When I checked back with the AI assistant, it said this could not be done and eventually the parcel would make its way back to them and be refunded. Totally frustrating at every step

I purchased a bag in the KG outlet in Braintree.
I then took the bag back to exchange for another bag.
I was told my bag wasn’t included in the terms and conditions of sale for an exchange due to the bag being sold to me as a faulty product.
I was willingly sold a faulty bag and nobody has the respect to inform me at point of sale!
Nothing written on my receipt.
Nothing written on both exchange policies in store.
So I now have a faulty bag that I cannot legally exchange.
Due to KG point blank refusing to assist me I shall be contacting the ombudsman to intervene. I was not informed at point of sale that my bag was the only bag in the entire store that was not eligible for an exchange; or that it was faulty when it was sold to me.
A genuinely terrible, dishonest experience.

I was asked to send my details to KG but they’ve refused to assist with my issue. The person below has failed to assist; unsurprisingly.

Absolutely disgraceful - waited 25 mins in shop Birmingham NEC whilst they collected shoes to try on. We were only people in the shop. I tried one on and bought them and was then told they didn’t have the second shoe so would have to order and get sent to home. I was told twice I would get full refund if problem as hadn’t tried the left foot on (by Natasha). Took my money and then on receipt it said ‘no refunds’. 1 minute later driving home the said ordered cancelled. They have my money but no boots. I called shop 8 times within 2 hours - no answer. I then emailed customer service and they said I had to contact the shop. There is no way to to contact the shop on either number listed - one rings out. The other cuts off after the message and doesn’t ring at all. It’s been 5 days of trying and emailing to get my money back so far. All information has been shared multiple times and they still have my money. Shocking.

I have not had a bad experience ordering and receiving my beautiful items from the Kurt Geiger (KG) site. I only learned of the site back in August/2025. Prior I purchased my KG items from Dillard’s. Everything I have received via UPS has arrived timely! Absolutely beautiful! To date December 18, 2025 I have ordered from KG site more than 6 times. Never had a problem. KG shoes, handbags, accessories are beautiful pop of colors give life😂 Example, Dillards has a pair of KG boots I want at $265.00. KG site has the same boots right now for $88.00. I ordered my boots from KG site. Received within 10 business days. They are beautiful! I love KG site.

The shopping experience with Kurt was great as the bag was dispatched early from their end, however EVRI was holding it in their warehouse for over 2 weeks, so not ideal. Nonetheless, the bag itself is well made, very spacious and easy to carry to work!

Customer service is non-existent. Still waiting for someone to resolve this after repeatedly contacting Kurt Geiger. OF COURSE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I would like to know what Kurt Geiger are actively doing about this utterly disgraceful service.

Package Not Delivered to my home. It was delivered to community mailboxes. I sent them pictures of my house and pictures where it was delivered to. Totally different places. They was my granddaughters Christmas gift and very upset!! They didn't want to hear me out

I am very dissatisfied with how my complaint has been handled by Kurt Geiger
The handbag arrived on Saturday 13th, and when I opened the package shortly after delivery to inspect the item, I immediately noticed that the internal stitching was poor and unfinished. Fabric and thread were visibly coming away near the zip lining. This defect was present on arrival and was not caused by any use.
I reported the issue promptly and provided clear photographic evidence. Debenhams confirmed that the matter had been passed to Kurt Geiger. Despite this, I received an automated email stating that my request had been “resolved,” even though no refund, replacement, or resolution had been offered.
Closing the ticket without addressing the fault is unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be of satisfactory quality, and as this item was faulty upon delivery, I am entitled to a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
I am disappointed by both the quality of the product and the lack of customer service from Kurt Geiger. I expect this matter to be properly reviewed and resolved promptly.

Ordered a bag from them. A week later it went down in the sales. Contacted them asking to price match, they said no. I can return the bag and order again. So I did. Sent the bag back using their return portal. They have refunded for the cheaper bag which has separate order number. Have contacted again to send back original but cannot as its order numebr as used previously returned.
Still waiting for a reply. Wish I'd checked here before ordering from them....

Kurt Geiger Vegan trainers. Worn them and it started to rain. The cover on both the interior and exterior of the shoes has failed. The coating has peeled off after exposure to rain and the shoes themselves offer zero protection from water. The shoes offer little grip outside the house and do not flex properly making them difficult to wear for long periods. The trainers was black mens valadez.
Order Date: 10th November 2023. This is the second pair or shoes that have started to fall to bits. When you have already sent one pair back and then it happens again....!! You shop for quality and avoid Kurt Geiger.
Customer services response was unsatisfactory. Actually, could be considered rude.

Ordered a pair of shoes and matching bag . Kurt Geiger cancelled the shoes ! The bag is of no use without the matching shoes . Tried to cancel the bag but could not as already dispatched .
I had to pay evri £2.95 to return the bag unopened . Contacted Kurt Geiger whom basically said nothing they can do . Will never order direct again . Be warned if this happens to you just refuse delivery . Do not be out of pocket when it is not your fault .. lesson to be learnt . Customer service experience less than 1 star

I returned an order from Kurt Geiger and the refund they sent me was 200chf short. The refunds they did send were haphazard and not clearly attributed to a specific item. I have been following up daily for my remaining refund and still no response. Kurt Geiger have stolen 200chf from me.
