Tjek kvitteringen i Kvickly før du går, ofte betaler du ikke den pris der står på skiltet. Og ved “kunde service” får du bare dårlige forklaringer og ingen undskyldning for besværet. Gad vide hvor mange der bare betaler og går, pengene lige ned i foret på COOP.
When you shop in Kvickly, make sure you CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave the store. Likely to cause some congestion if we all do so, particularly before Xmas. The prices you see on the signs, may not be what you are charged at the till. And, don’t think that the person at the till can help you, oh no. You have to QUEUE AGAIN at the so-called “service till”. Now, I don’t know what they teach their staff at COOP customer service charm school, but judging by the customer experience, they teach them to be rude. When I politely requested that they check, whether I had been charged the correct price, I was met by a barrage of bad excuses. “It is not my fault” (I never said it was), “it’s the computer’s fault” (I’m sure it is). If any customers are looking for an apology, or any kind of “customer service”, you are more likely to find this looking on Google. All the customers who don’t check, because they “trust the COOP”, should think again. They are unfairly putting money into the COOP pockets. Shame on you Kvickly. Must try harder.
