I ordered from KYD’s Choice on March 8th. As of today (March 19th), my order hasn’t even been shipped – and I haven’t received a single meaningful update.

No proactive communication, no transparency, nothing.

After reaching out to support, I got nothing but a generic copy-paste response saying the product is “very popular” and I need to wait. That’s not an explanation – that’s an excuse. If you can’t handle demand, don’t sell products you clearly can’t deliver on time.

This whole experience feels completely unprofessional and disorganized. When customers pay, they expect at least basic reliability and communication – both are missing here.

Right now, it just feels like you send your money and hope for the best.

I cannot recommend this at all. If you’re thinking about ordering: be prepared for delays, no updates, and unhelpful support.

There are far more reliable alternatives out there.

My products arrived, and I didn't expect them to be this fast in the Xmas season, but half of them were disappointing, especially the mini projector, which was the most pricey and also the main reason I ordered there.

The bathroom lamp is pretty great.
The shower head worked but came missing a button.
Shower speaker broke down from water (lol).
The mini projector was instantly a loud trash that couldn't connect to my iPhone.

To return anything, you gotta write them an email, that's pretty disqualifying. Better find similar products elsewhere, with a certain delivery and easy returns. The prices and quality are similar.

I bought a mini projector nov. 27. The website says 10-15 days delevery, but i recieved in Jan. 7. I had trouble tracking it so i wrote them 3 times every time i got a fast answer with a link to tracking.

I bought one disappointing product. I got convinced to buy a 'stick anywhere phone holder for vloggers/creators'. While it was already way more overpriced than on other websites like Amazon, he still advertised it as a 'V2 version', so I tried it. "Wow it can hold any phone at any angle on any surface!"

I just ended up lucky that my phone case has a magnetic circle, because without it, it slides off of the holder. It does lock firmly in place in its case, so I can't give it a full 1 star review. However, if you don't know this, you just end up wasting your money because it doesn't do what it's advertised to do.

I order 2 car play device in the same order but I received only one box of device in the package. I and my son try multiple time via email to contact the kydschoice but never got any respond from company. Who is now pay me the one device money refund or send me the another device.

I’m a huge fan of the concept of reviewing items that don’t look promising and filtering the ‘Gold’ ones.

I’ve ordered twice from his site and everything has arrived. It took a while, around 3-4 weeks but that’s expected when ordering from the other side of the world with cheap delivery.

Everything came well packaged and tracked. I made my 3rd order yesterday, I’ll update my review when that arrives.

My order arrived on 29th December. That’s just over 2 weeks, so pretty good considering it was during Christmas period too

First time buying from them.. the experience is extremely terrible! Do not even deserve 1 star ... Took 4 to 5 days for product shipping, never mentioned the product is from which country initially, took more than 30days to arrive in KL. Never update the product was retained by custom until we found out ourselves! 1 time extremely bad experience is enough

Package never arrives even though you paid 17 cad for delivery it’s been one month still nothing. Crazy..

I bought the vacuum backpack from KYD's Choice and started to worry a little about my money after reading some of the reviews on Trustpilot.

However, about two days after purchasing the item and receiving a confirmation email, I got a second email informing me that the package had been shipped.

The tracking was a bit concerning at first — it took around two days for the package to appear properly on the Chinese tracking website, which I was able to automatically translate into English using Chrome.

The shipment took from 09/29 to 10/10 to arrive from China to Germany, with some strange tracking updates along the way. For example, the package was shipped back and forth within China, even returning to the same shipping center more than once.

In the end, everything turned out fine. The package arrived safely and undamaged at my place. The product was exactly as shown in the video and worked properly.

I would definitely buy again — just be patient if your package doesn't arrive as quickly as an Amazon delivery.

The delivery was bad and got lost in Netherlands, but I was able to get it after reaching out to kyd, who was able to fix it (it was sent again)

Never received the product. The tracking showed that it arrived to California on over 10 different dates. I emailed and they never responded. Totally scammed for the first time. I've been waiting for 4 months now. What a joke.

Never received my product. Ordered over 2 months ago. Finally contacted KYD and said there was mistake with the shipping and they will resend the product. It’s been almost a month since that conversation. Still nothing. No corrspondence, just silence. Be careful of these people.

Ordered this product 3 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I believe this company is scamming people and taking their money and never sending the products they purchased.

Its better purchase the same product from other website more serious. They didnt give you a date where you receive your order, it takes a month and a half to receive your product. Never more. My order KC70314268

I placed my order 12 days ago, and I have not received any tracking information or shipping confirmation. I have contacted customer service, but the responses have been unhelpful.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have had. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to meet promised timelines are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this store to anyone until they significantly improve their service.

Shipping takes extremely long, and they take your order even when they don't have stock. One month and my item still has not been shipped by whatever shipping company they are using.

Edit: I initially gave it a 1 star review but changing to four now. The item I received was original and working good, I would recommend you to buy only if you can wait for like a month or at least 20 days for the item to arrive.

UPDATE 2: Two months in, and I still don't have my order. Support is unresponsive or not helpful at all. Next update I do will only come if I actually get my stuff. If it's still on 1 star by the time you're reading this, I still don't have my items

UPDATE: It's been almost a month since my order was confirmed and it still hasn't even shipped. I'll leave this review at 1 star until I can at least get the items I ordered.

Even though their website states that orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days, mine took more than 10 business days to ship. During this time I repeatedly asked for an update or at least a ballpark on when the package would ship, only to be told it would ship "as soon as possible".

What I noticed is that they simply copy and pasted their policies from another website and then changed the emails (try going to their Contact Information in the website's footer, and click on the text that says "shipping policy" and you'll notice it redirects you to a completely different website that has ad verbatim the same shipping policy).

I only give 1 stars to actual scams, and this isn't it. They actually fulfill the order. It's just overpriced, takes way too much time, and customer service is lacking, albeit well-intentioned.

I feel like I wouldn't mind the extended wait in shipping if they would at least let you know in advance with a solid timeline. But they don't. If you do buy from them and the refund window has passed, either be ready to dispute the charge with your bank, or fill yourself with inhuman levels of patience
