Good customer service
Unfortunately my guitar was damaged in transit (no fault from Kytary - just an accident on the courier's part)
The customer service team were very helpful and had the guitar picked up immediately. I have just received the replacement with no issues at all.
Kytary followed through on their policies and were a pleasure to deal with.

Worst gear buying experience, ever!
I bought a guitar pedal from them: their London Store. When the pedal arrived, it came with an European adapter. When I emailed them and asked them to send the UK adapter, they ignored my emails. Eventually, I had to go via their on line chat (in their London webpage).
The ill-informed rep told me the pedal does not come with an adapter. I quoted the 'included EHX 9.6adapter' from their description. He still denied it so I educated him and informed him all ElectroHarmonix pedals come with an adapter as they are power hungry products.
He told me to use my power supply. Again, I educated him on how most EH pedals need a higher power supply, hence them including adapters with all pedals!
He then told me to go buy one from EH.
I went on to educate him that his description for the EH pedal (Pitch Plus) does NOT run on a 9v battery either, as their description also wrongly stated.
No offer to get/send me a UK adapter. No acknowledgement/apology for the 'lies' I had to educate him on based own both his chat lies and their product description. Worst gear buying experience, ever!

I didn’t realise that this company was based in the Czech Republic as the phone number looked like a London one, but I have to say the service I received was excellent and the delivery took 5 days as promised. Slightly late but got here in good condition
Product arrived later than normal although this can be expected over Xmas period. Tracking didn't update since it got handed to DPD and had a lot of trouble trying to get DPD to locate my parcel. I bought the kaossilator pro + and it is the most fun thing I've ever bought. Well packaged and a good price. Would order from this site again.
