I hate everything about this learning platform....the book for my class is horrible and the scoring makes no sense...it takes forever and a day to talk to anyone and it just generally makes very little sense....I will be beyond glad when this horrible class is over so I dont have to deal with labyrinth ever again

Horrible customer service! I was over charged 2 times they credited one of them and the other one they’re denying that they have proof of so I have to go file with my bank

I just completed delivering a QBO Certified training gig.
Everyone passed the exam, except for 1 student. She will take the re-take some time this week.

I love the fact that the course design is well thought out and I can just load the new semester info, make the date changes in Canvas and my course is ready to publish

I use the Labyrinth Learning Accounting Essentials, Microsoft Excel 2021 & 365 Comprehensive, and QuickBooks Online Comprehensive textbooks and resources in teaching our three-part online Accounting Specialist course. It is especially helpful that eLab can be integrated with our Canvas LMS. The automatic grading systems for homework and tests in eLab save time and provide greater efficiency in course management. Additionally, the grades from assignments and tests that students submit in eLab are immediately populated into the Canvas gradebook, and this is very convenient. The textbooks present the material in a manner that allows students to learn the basics and move forward to more advanced topics in a logical sequence that is easy to follow. All of these learning solutions are designed to meet the objectives of the MOS and Intuit certification exams. I have also had good feedback from my students in terms of their experiences in using the textbooks and resources. Labyrinth Learning provides excellent learning solutions, and I would recommend them to other instructors.

The Excel digital resources are terrific supports for my high school Excel class. They have helped streamline my lessons, allowing me to bring my class presentations up a few notches. However, what stands out the most is the responsive and clear tech support. Cristina and her colleagues at Labyrinth has been very supportive and helpful.

What made this experience great was the easy directions from the excel program that was given to us to have a better understanding of how to use the program and book. Students were able to make their own profiles and it was easy to send them the assignments and feedback.

My CSM is wonderful and the technology is working great for my first semester using it. Being new to this platform, I was concerned about technical issues and student onboarding. That is not the case at all and this has been an incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience. I look forward to working with the Labyrinth team and this product in future semesters.

The rep for this text has been readily available whenever I had issues/questions arise. The text is easy to follow and the software very user friendly.

Labrynth is doing an excellent job both in training and followup. When I email Cristina Krysinski with questions she answers me immediately and helps me me to figure it out. She's great! Both Karen Noll and Cristina have trained me. My kids and I are already on chapter 4. I have a training with Karen Noll for the Payroll Accounting course. The superintendent of our school district did a walk thru while my students were training in QuickBooks. I will be purchasing QuickBooks every year. Karen & Cristina were patient with me becasue in the beginning I was emailing and calling with a lot of questions. They were patient and got me to feel so comfortable with ELab and QuickBooks. This is my first time using ELab. I love it!

Labrynth learning has been a great cirriculum to teach QBO. The egrader has been very helpful and has very few content errors when compared to other publishers I have used.
