I have recently purchased two electric scooters from this company, both were supposedly refurbished but when they arrived they were in perfect condition. I would swear that they were brand new! Excellent products, fantastic prices and speedy delivery. Highly recommended
We got damaged fan in many places, additionally it was damaged / hit during the transport. I sent them many photos both with the fan and damaged package including big holes.
They just answer me that those are only “aesthetic scratches” NOT TRUE. They are deep scraches in many, many places, something they should never sale. I’m asking them to take product back and pay me money back. They answered I need to send back for my own cost! It is a big pacage and it will cost a lot with transport. They have option to arrange transport cheaper, but NOT sending anybody to pick up. They stop answering me, so I have damaged product, no help and I feel cheated by sending me this trash.
I’m happy to send photos here, but I don’t see any place here to attache photos.
Strongly recommend NOT to buy from this company.
They delivered a fault ridden machine with old users personal data on it. When I returned it they picked it up then the next day tried to drop it off to me again. It was taken away AGAIN and now they have lost it and refuse to refund my money. Absolute joke of a company.
Compré un termoventilador horizontal cecotec ready warm 950 force horizon por 13,90€ en la página de oulet ponia que valía 29,90€ y resulta que en la página oficial cecotec vale 18,90€...lo primero publicidad engañosa y lo segundo una cosa es que tenga un defecto..y otra que este rotisimo por debajo y que lo enchufé y salia humo y no funcionaba...
En la misma compra, compré un rafiador electrico bajo consumo cecotec ready warm 6770 crystal connection por 79,90€por la tara..en la pagina oulet su precio original es de 109,90€ y en la página de cecotec es de 99,90€...me llegó la caja destrozada..el embalaje de dentro totalmente descuidado...una esquina abollada...el cristal rayado..funciona...
Pero mi conclusión es que no recomiendo esta página ni volveré ha comprar en ella..no merece la pena ahorrarte ni 5€ ni 20€ por algo tan deteriorado...no merece la pena
