Super fast shipping within Canada! And seriously the LOWEST price I could find for these boots in all of North America. Will absolutely be looking to this Canadian owned company for any more winter needs!
Extremely slow to ship. Shipping company they use even slower. Beginning to doubt item will arrive. Will not buy again from La Cordee.
order was made. Took a few days to get confirmation and tracking number but was shipped within 3 business days lets say which I find very reasonable. Product came exactly as ordered in good packaging. I would definitely order from again!
Very slow service, it has now been over 7 full business days and I have yet to receive any update on my order. Awaiting a response from LaCordee.
For a first time buyer I do not recommend this site unless you physically purchase in store.
Completely dishonest. An item was on sale with only one size left. I purchased it and received an email that it was an inventory problem or maybe shoplifting but they didn't have it. It was still available for sale so I purchased it again. Same thing, they said sorry they don't have. The item was then no longer for sale on their website. A day later, the same item, again only in that same size, was reposted... at a price 40% more than what I paid. I'll always buy from Altitude from now on. They're honest.
