What a waste of £150. I know there's no guarantee of winning, but this was by far the worst experience I've had. It felt like I didn't stand a chance and my balance just disappeared. Lesson learned – I won't be using Ladbrokes again. Save your money and think twice before depositing. Rng i think not

They have no problems taking your money and misleading you with there promotions but when you want to use a reward you earnt or withdraw a large amount then suddenly restrictions come into your account and they act like they are doing it for your benefit. Most corrupt site I’ve ever played on and I’ve played a good few, firstly when you sign up you’ll get a few little wins then nothing at all greedy casino just takes every penny with their rigged reels, stating they have no control over it is just BS, I’ve played the goonies cash inferno around £80 and not once did a bonus land just teasing with 2 I played the same game on rainbow riches and got about 4 bonus rounds off £10 and won £50 off 20p spins, and as for the amount of win symbols that land with nothing is shocking! I bought 10$ at a poker table to play a bit. The amount went of my account, but i couldn't join the table. When i asked the helpdesk, they informed me that they can't find it. I send them the picture with the literal transaction on it, but they told me they needed more proof, like pictures that showed i was refused to join the table.. (what??). They told me they couldn't help me further, so they basically stole my 10$. Very small amount, but still disgusting behavior from a bookmaker. Imagine i had bought in for 50 or 100$. Their poker app is absolutely poor too.

I spoke to a member of the “Risk Operations Team”… or as I like to call it, the department that magically appears whenever customer service doesn’t want to give you a proper answer.

Every reply was the same copy-and-paste script with absolutely zero effort to actually help. You go round in circles until you eventually realise that’s the entire customer service strategy.

If you’re looking for transparency, common sense, or even the slightest bit of customer care, you’re in the wrong place.

Do yourself a favour: avoid the headache, uninstall this app, and try literally any other bookmaker. At least then you might have a chance of getting an actual answer when something goes wrong. Go download Sky bet or sommet

customer service is a joke! and the full app is a joke!

a couple of days ago i was playing wonderland lucky ball (i think that’s what it’s called) a few games i purchased tickets and i was kicked out and unable to get back in and use the tickets, when i was finally able to get back in, the tickets weren’t there for me to use. i contacted customer support, they went on about another game i wasn’t contacting about then told me they couldn’t help me because they couldn’t see an error and no one else had reported this issue and told me i needed to show proof next time. i told them i was not for spending more money on a game for it to just keep kicking me out and i did not trust them to actually help me.

now today, i’ve purchased an offer of 24 tickets for each 8 games at £16.30, i’m quite new to gambling so i contacted support to have an understanding, the tickets are listed beside times, i wanted to know if these are games at these times as the ran every half an hour from 7pm to 10:30pm, what an absolute palava! this person goes on about the games the first person brought up that had nothing to do with what i asked, i told him that wasn’t what i was on about and he couldn’t see what i was talking about, i then sent him an email with screenshots, he then says he can see but can’t see my purchased tickets(i sent him a screenshot of ‘mytickets) and told me they were tickets that have already been used and that’s all he can see, i just purchased them and wanted an understanding of this!! he then proceededs to ask me if there’s anything else he can help me with if not he’ll close the chat, before i could even reply, he closed the chat 🤣 his name was marvin, marvin u are absolutely useless at ur job.

It is not true that Ladbrokes honours BOG on horse racing especially with Lucky 15 horse racing bets. Several times now I have been paid out a far less amount because BOG was never given. I telephoned customer service that simply told me lie after lie of why BOG was not paid even though my bets placed 9.30 am each morning. If Ladbrokes are practising this in all their shops I would say the business is saving a huge sum of money each year that they should have paid out to the punters taking BOG. I can not believe no authority is not investigating because a investigation is needed because the records of pay-outs would most certainly show Ladbrokes are dishonest. All regular Lucky 15 punters that use Labrokes shops........``check`` your winnings and without doubt most will find the amount paid is by far less amount of money than it ``should be``. Labrokes know not all punters know how to settle a bet. I strongly suspect this could be another scenario as was the Post Office scandal of deceit.

I've been gambling in ladbrokes for many years now and will admit it's a bit hit or miss but I don't think customs really appreciated what is on offer, yes at the end of day your probably lucky to gain anything but it's all about the experience and of course if you win anything it's a bonus so a simple thing to do is. Have a spend limit this way it's not important whether you win or not its not rocket science even if you lose so for those who do nothing but moan about loosing money it's clear your missing the fun and excitement i suggest if don't like it or can't cope go elsewhere
