It is not true that Ladbrokes honours BOG on horse racing especially with Lucky 15 horse racing bets. Several times now I have been paid out a far less amount because BOG was never given. I telephoned customer service that simply told me lie after lie of why BOG was not paid even though my bets placed 9.30 am each morning. If Ladbrokes are practising this in all their shops I would say the business is saving a huge sum of money each year that they should have paid out to the punters taking BOG. I can not believe no authority is not investigating because a investigation is needed because the records of pay-outs would most certainly show Ladbrokes are dishonest. All regular Lucky 15 punters that use Labrokes shops........``check`` your winnings and without doubt most will find the amount paid is by far less amount of money than it ``should be``. Labrokes know not all punters know how to settle a bet. I strongly suspect this could be another scenario as was the Post Office scandal of deceit.

I've been gambling in ladbrokes for many years now and will admit it's a bit hit or miss but I don't think customs really appreciated what is on offer, yes at the end of day your probably lucky to gain anything but it's all about the experience and of course if you win anything it's a bonus so a simple thing to do is. Have a spend limit this way it's not important whether you win or not its not rocket science even if you lose so for those who do nothing but moan about loosing money it's clear your missing the fun and excitement i suggest if don't like it or can't cope go elsewhere

They’re a proper scam and rob people badly. Whoever places bets with them steals millions. I placed a bet on England qualifying and predicting Harry Kane to have two or more shots and Erling Haaland to have two or more shots, along with corners over six and a half. As soon as I placed the bet I checked it and saw it had been switched to three-shot and over for both Haaland and Kane. Despite both doing three shots anyway, it was still counted as a loss. This happened with other bets I placed too. Get rid of these scumbags.

How can they are allowed to operate like this. I've opened the account when there was promotion. After verification, account opened, deposited some fund and did the bet, no welcome offer paid as promised. Then they closed my account and kept all the fund left in my account, don't even explain reason. No email sent. I've contacted customer services and was only told that they can just steal my money accordance to their T&C. I would give NEGATIVE if I could. They are the Robbery in the day light! Do not open an account with ladbrokes unless you lose because if you win they restrict your account. I've lost for months wich was fair. I have won a lot during this world cup 2026. Placed a build a bet on football. One player didn’t play the rest of my bet won. They voided my whole bet! Other sites just void the selection individually and bets still stand. Very disappointing with no prior warning this can happen. Avoid this scam site bet elsewhere

Placed a bet for England to win after 90 minutes against Mexico (which they did), only to find I've received NOTHING, and the excuse is, I bet that England would win in the 2nd half, only. What a con and a misleading title to bet from. Now I can understand the hundreds of bad reviews this profit only company gets.
