We were really impressed with LA Mini. They offered us a fair price for our car, provided prompt and courteous service and we would highly recommend this place and the team. We were paid quickly and they communicated well all the way through the transaction.

I bought the rain/light sensor for my BMW from LAMini. The part arrived very quickly and was working fine when I installed it. I just thad to re-program it to make it function properly.

After a month or so, the sensor showed the same issue as the replaced one and after checking with the BMW INPA diagnose software it showed a hardware error.

I contacted the seller LAMini and was told that they will send me a replacement free of charge. I wish more eBay sellers would be so friendly. Will buy again from LAMini if I need parts and if they have them in stock.

Placed an order and received next day by 12pm, excellent friendly service and affordable, definitely recommend to anyone and will be using again for sure

What an outstanding company. The customer service is exceptional. Tom in particular was really helpful in helping me sort out an issue with a part I’d ordered. Follow up communication was faultless and the team went out of their was to resolve the issue. Highly recommended!

They had the parts i wanted for my daughters mini. Excellent service and great customer care from Lewis.The as new Alloy wheel came with a very good Tyre as well which I wasn't expecting.Exceptional value.

Unfortunately I have never had the chance to buy anything from these guys because they never get back to your request!! I asked for 2 parts on 2 separate occasions, and been left on read. A simple acknowledgement would be nice, or "sorry we haven't got that in stock", but leaving potential customers on read is rude. I have taken my custom elsewhere.

LA Mini are great. Quality used Mini spares at a fraction of the price of new from BMW. Really helpful customer service; friendly, honest guys to advise you; prompt next-day despatch.

Any Mini owner should make them their very first port of call for spares.

I can not thank Harry and Tom enough for there professional approach in resolving my mini and a cowboy garage. I would not look anywhere else for my spares or advice. Many many thanks and total appreciation.

Bought a part for my mini which was a wrong part as I was misinformed from the mechanic. They changed the part 3 times in a short time and were really helpful to have me sort my problem. Best customer service ever had in that industry. Keep the good work guys I hope I won't need you again 😀😀 but if so LAMINI is the first place to look.
