They messed up my delivery and sent only 1 instead of 2 bulbs that I ordered online. I contacted customer service, and then sent the second bulb immediately. So, all good in the end.

This was the only replacement available for 4 pin 9w compact florescent. I purchased 2 they both lit then flickered, then burned out with smoke! Like the other reviews stated. If lampexpress knows this why are the selling them? Dishonest business practices!

You have to be precise
Cons:
You sent me the wrong products (in the product presentation on the website, there was wrong information about the product) and in the refund invoice, not only was it possible to pay the difference in the products, but first I had to pay for the new products and then I would only get my refund later. This is not practical billing.
Pros:
The customer service was functional and the mistake was to be corrected quickly.

Very slow delivery and no free return
I bought 3pcs Philips GU10 LED bulbs and 15pcs Noxion G9 bulbs, the price was OK (not too expensive not cheap), but the shipment was really slow, I placed the order on 08.01, but just received the package on 17.01, 9 days from the Netherlands to Finland, can the shipment be slower?
Also it’s found that they don’t behave as Amazon or other company in Finland, if you want to return the package, you need to pay for the return shipments. You need to be very careful before placing the order.
