I won't buy anything from this company again!
I bought this item "Osram HTM 70VA 230V Transformer 12V | Halogen/LED". Once the item arrived I realized that it is not suitable for powering up LED lamps, because the output is AC, not DC. I double checked the web page, which announced the item info and it was nowhere given that the output is AC. I made a complain and they accepted it, but the return delivery cost is on me, so basically there is no sense to make the return.

I got the wrong product.

Ordered Osram Vintage 1906 LED Classic E14 B 2.5W 824 Filament Kulta, EAN 4058075293212, with swirly shaped glass, but got a model with regular shaped glass.

Only noticed this when the lamps were already in use...

Be carefull with this company, they have very limited return policy. You have to pay return costs most cases yourself. Not European standard at all.

Secondly, they do not respond to mails, seems to be computer to whom you send mails.

Thirdly, promised delivery times fail.

I'm not happy at all shoping with them. Never again.

The delivery tracking number should be in the departure notice.

Foreing customer service is a bit shorthanded. When that gets to be

I did order 2pcs Noxion LED waterproof 150cm 1x58W, it didnt have any bulbs or led lights inside package. Just ordinary cases without anything to do with led lights.
When I wanted to return the item, i need to pay the shipment costs back to Nederlands. I will not buy anything from these guys.

Palautusehdot ovat huonot, minä jouduin maksamaan lähetyskulut Alankomaihin tuotteille.

Great Service, fast delivery!

Customer service promise delivery will be on time in Finland. That was the main issue why we chose to use Lamppu express.. Delivery dident make on time. So we need to turn to other supplier.. Delivery is still on way.. at the moment day six. and still LATE.

All good. Sure shipping is relatively expensive if you order few cheap items like I did. But even together with the shipping charge, the total price was similar to what I would pay in a local brick and mortar store (if the latter had the item in stock, it did not...).

Everything is fine. Arrived in 5 days.

I am writing this in English, since the Finnish customer service of LamppuExpress (= AnyLamp, with the Finnish name) is currently not operational - which is probably against the law for an online shop operating in Finland under a Finnish brand name.
I have bought lamps twice from this company. The purchases are straightforward, online shop works very well and the delivery is fast.
The problems arose when I had to return 20 lamps to the company. I made a service request on their website, which was immediately "accepted", refund pending the return of the lamps. I sent them back in the same box they'd been sent to me. Three weeks leter, I started to make enquiries about the refund, since nothing had happened.
Despite my numerous emails, the company responded to me only once, asking for the tracking code (which I unfortunately had misplaced). Until today, they have only refunded me for one of the 20 lamps - so apparently they have received my delivery.
Emails are not answered, website chat is not replied to, telephone numbers are not working. Appalling lack of any proper customer service.

Everything went great except for the fact that your website is only offered in Finnish language. This type of websites make the purchasing process (and answering this survey) very time-consuming for non-Finnish speakers with all the translation needed.

I have edited and reassessed my previously negative review due to the fact that Lamppuexpress / Anylamp came through and made the customer-friendly choice of refunding my LED replacement lamps that were first recommended to me, but were unsuitable for my light fixture in the end.

I commend the professionality and flexibility of their customer service agents even in the face of a situation where their regular policy would not result in the most customer-oriented result.

The delivery was quite quick as well!

Very easy to order. Very clear tracking procedure. Reasonably quick delivery from the Netherlands. And, delivered to my door (not Post office). All in all, excellent, and I will certainly use you next time.
