Good quality bikini bottoms
Very pleased with the quality, fit and colour of the bikini bottoms. Unfortunately the delivery took 12 days, plus the involvement of both Land’s End staff and the delivery company’s staff, but the parcel finally arrived and was worth the wait

Incorrect sized men's chino shorts
I ordered two pairs of men's chino shorts in size 36". The shorts that arrived were marked as size 36", but the actual measurement was 39". When I contacted Lands' End, I was told that the shorts "can come up big". Unfortunately, this is not very helpful to me as a customer. I returned the shorts, and the refund was processed promptly, although I did have to pay the return postage. I have purchased from Lands' End for many years, and this experience was very disappointing.
