Nothing has gone wrong
Nothing has gone wrong - I will give 5 stars. I had to return the product as neither of them fitted me well. However, you have told me a refund is underway for which I a grateful. However, I was not able to use the QR code to return and had to type my own label to you. I would much prefer the previous system of having a return label enclosed with the order. However, excellent in all other ways. I am a long term customer and appreciate, most of all, being able to buy petite sizes.

The t shirt was fine but the vest shirts were inferior material, which had a mouldy smell when they arrived. Perhaps they have been in a warehouse for a long time.

Well designed shorts
These shorts are of a nice, relatively soft denim. They are a good fit with a slim styling. Our current hot weather has made me accept wearing shorts again and these are flattering even at my advanced age.

Reliable and helpful service
The ordering process was easy and intuitive. EVRI messed up the delivery but once it had been retrieved, the dress was gorgeous but just a bit too revealing so I had to send it back. I rarely send things back and since I last did it, the process has changed. The QR code gave confusing information so Inphoned them up and the customer services woman I spoke to was clear, patient and insisted on talking me through the entire procedure. Very reliable and classy service from Lands End. They really look after their customers.

I am very confused with sizing
I am very confused with sizing. Never sure whether I have ordered US or GB. Swimming costumes vary in size from one fabric to another. My T shirts have US size L and UK size L in the same garment so unsure which size to order.
Chlorine resistant but don't last very long these days.

Sizing problems sorted
I am a conventional UK size 12
I have been frustrated and disappointed that the S size I always ordered with confidence was consistently a size too big and baggy.
Furthermore when I returned the items and reordered XS Petite it had sold out.
Finally had to accept the new sizes were here to stay.
I am now confident that XS Petite fits me perfectly.
Love the quantity of your cotton and linen fabrics
Pleased to note your blues from radiant navy to ice blue coordinate very well
It is becoming increasingly hard to find quality basics but you manage to supply clothes that have become firm favourites.
So thank you in a fabric world of demanding sustainability that you can still deliver classic Land End we know and love.
