I called a few days ago and left a message about my issue (unable to download FREE wallpaper). NO CALL BACK. I called today and spent over 15 minutes on hold before being forcibly transferred to voice mail. I wish I had NEVER bought this calendar!

I purchased a calendar two months ago for 2018. It boasted that there would be digital files of the images included. I attempted to redeem and the code included was invalid. Thats ok, these things happen. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time I was told something different as to why it wouldn't work and that it would be addressed. It never was and I stopped receiving responses to my correspondences.

Ultimately I reached out to them via social media and my issue was corrected within an hour. Too bad that couldn't have happened 2 months ago.

Tried to download free wallpaper with code from purchased calendar and told code is invalid. Copied directly from calendar..

Purchased and love the "Nature's Grace" 2018 calendar. But to my disappointment when using the wallpaper option promised with the purchase of the wall calendar, I get an error code saying invalid code... even though the code matches exactly the one printed inside the calendar.

I placed an order for 2 calendars on December 6th with free shipping and was told my order was placed yet no confirmation that my order was shipped. My credit was charged for the calendars and I sent a message to Lang service but have not received a response. I am going to have to go purchase calendars for 2018 and hope they have the ones in stock we initially ordered. I will be putting a dispute on my credit card as I have not received any shipment or explanation.

I bought a calendar with a promise of FREE wallpaper....however I just get an "error" or "not applicable" message....very disappointed!

Tried to use the wallpaper option promised with the purchase of the wall calendar and I get an error code saying invalid code... even though they show me the code and it matches exactly with what is printed in the calendar. The whole web site is slow and hard to use.

I've been trying for 5 days to place an order. When I first began trying, the "mistltoe" discount was very nice but my order was "declined, please try later". We'll I did for several more days. It finally went through today. The current discount was not as good as the first...it would have cost me $16 more to place my original order. I know for certain that the problem was not my credit card. Not happy and not sure why I actually placed the order

I have bought these calendars for close to 20 years and have saved many because of the artwork. That won’t be happening with the 2018 American Kitchen calendars. I HATE the “tilted” pictures and I’m not sure I will be using this one! I have too much money tied up with this calendar to not use as I ordered 4, one for my house and three as Christmas gifts. I’m embarrassed that I gifted these now that I’ve opened mine today 01/01/18. I will be rethinking before ordering the 2019 ones!

I have withheld opinion for a while hoping that you would have corrected your error by now. But my order #LA00910300 arrived erroneously containing only one of the calendars I'd ordered and instead of the Wine Country calendar, it contained a jigsaw puzzle. I have returned the jigsaw puzzle to you at my own expense, according to your directions included in the enclosed packing slip, but I have yet to receive the calendar or a refund of the shipping costs I incurred returning the jigsaw puzzle. When I do receive my calendar, I'll be happy to provide a much more positive review for you.

Order Lang cards every year after Christmas. Love them & the people who receive them seem to feel the same way. I’m usually 2 years ahead. I have next years cards and the year after are on the way.

They offer unique quality gifts.
This year I purchased calendar bags. I did not feel they were worth the price. The tissue tore easily and did not present well.

I ordered two calendars on Nov 29. They were not delivered to me. They were sent back to the company for some reason. When I contacted them, they reshipped them to me. It is now Dec 27, and I still have not received them. They did not give me a tracking number or anything. I will NEVER use this company again.

Love their products. And received my order quickly. Very pleased and would order again in the future.

Lang has a wonderful selection but the calendars are superb. I have a friend that really enjoys them and when I order him one, he receives it in record time. I think that Lang is the only place to buy calendars for the upcoming new year.

purchased a calendar with a download code for wallpaper. Put in the code (and I had chosen the correct wallpaper that matches the calendar) and got a code invalid message. Very poor.

I purchased a calendar at Barnes and Noble that included FREE downloadable artwork. I went to the site and entered the code included in the calendar, then received an email thanking me for my purchase. I have not been offered a link in order to download the artwork.

I have purchased my Christmas cards from Lang for over 20 years. I love the old-fashioned, primitive country designs. The quality of their cards is top-notch. This year I added my own photo inside. I always find the perfect card!

Your customer service folks are completely unprepared to answer simple questions.

The quality of the cards and envelopes are top notch. I just can't buy any other Christmas card. Everyone I send Lang Cards to LOVES them and looks froward to our card every year. We send approximately 50 cards every year.
