Was very happy to find Lang. Lang has a wide choice of products, and ordering them on line is simple and easy. Loved the products we received from Lang--and the order was delivered within a short period of time.

This is 2nd year in a row that I didn’t get the calendar that I ordered. Last year was “out of stock” after order was placed and was deleted without an option to order something else instead. This year order was placed and received. However quantity of calendars received did not match the packing list. By the time I realized the error the calendar I wanted was unavailable. Disappointed.

Products are great, my Mom will be thrilled when her pocket calendar arrives. But 8 bucks to ship is ridiculous. I think I'll stick to buying from Hobby Lobby

The product I wanted was not available although the website allowed me to put it into the cart. Eventually I purchased another product which is satisfactory. It arrived as promised. Your shipping costs are ridiculously high. Then, after I ordered, you sent an offer of a price reduction and free shipping which would have reduced my overall cost by about 50%. Overall cost of $26 for a calendar is exorbitant. I will not be buying from you again.

I was pleased with the product and the service. i will admit that I ordered my cards because of the free shipping.
The Christmas cards had great artwork and are printed on good quality paper.

Lang is my go-to place for beautifully designed, original artwork products that have my friends commenting repeatedly, "What a beautiful card!" I highly recommend Lang.

I purchased calendars for this year and an
engagement calendar, like I do every year, from LANG. I purchased it around 8:00pm central time. I woke up and looked at LANG'S SITE and they had a 35% off sale on the same items I just paid full price for. I called to see if I could have the sale price, since I just ordered them the night before, and the customer service lady said NO. That they do not honor sale prices! I could see that, if I purchased a week ago, or even a few days ago; but just the night before?? Never again will I buy from LANG. I will just buy the same thing from Amazon and with PRIME, 2 day shipping and rewards! Not a good way to treat their customers at all!

Please keep having new Christmas cow cards every year. Don’t just keep using the same style every year or I will have to shop elsewhere.

The calendars are wonderful... Shipping is expensive.

I have purchased Lang Christmas cards for years with exceptional results. However, this year I ordered 3 boxes and only received two. When I called to inquire about it I was told they were not available. I cannot understand why I was not contacted prior to shipment and given the choice to cancel my order. The service rep offered the option of choosing another card but I like all my cards to match. She said she would credit the box I did not receive and I have not seen the credit yet. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about Lang.

I love this company. Their products are beautiful and well made. I always give lang cards for christmas and have gotten many calendars and mugs. There are so many compliments on anything I have given as gifts. Thanks so much for the beautiful artwork and top quality items.

The order was cancelled by Lang and never reinstated until I persisted. One of the large tumblers already leaks.

I experienced slight damage with one of the calendars in the package. Also, when I tried to report this via phone call to the toll free number, I was unable to speak to a representative. However, I did receive a return call after leaving a voice mail-- at an inconvenient time.

great cards, the christmas cards i ordered have a large cat on the front in a christmas sweater and it looks just like my ragdoll, Oliver
