I received two custom Ethernet cables…
I received two custom Ethernet cables which worked. They were not labeled as to which was which so I had to count the number of coils.

We've checked with our production team, and they state there was a label on them so we're not sure what happened here. Applying a cable label with a serial number and part number which includes the length in the SKU is standard procedure here. Not sure if you looked at the label that's on the actual cable? Make sure it's shipped how you paid for it to be shipped!
Cables are well made but because of a shipping error, I got these cables several days after I had anticipated receiving them. My brother was visiting for a week and wanted to see the difference but he already left. Purchased 1/24/26 ans paid for 2nd day Air. Items were transferred for shipping on 1/29/26 and only received today 2/09/26 and was told it was mistakenly shipped via Ground.

Considering you are in Hawaii the ground shipping took a lot longer than usual. However, these cables do have to be custom made so they do not ship right away as well.
We credited you back all shipping charges, so your order did ship for free to Hawaii, which is expensive. Unfortunately this was just human error. They rarely do occur here. We discussed with our shipping staff to make sure it does not happen again.

Order Delay, But Amazing Customer Support
Order did not process as promised. Had to spend a bunch of time on the phone with consistent calling to get details.
Customer support was on point. They got it shipped next day air and refunded me my 2-day shipping.
The delay didn't sting us or the customer, and LANShack customer service team came through in the end.

Easy customer interface, would like better communication
We needed a short-notice order of cables - both standard CAT 6 as well as some customized materials due to the connectors and coloring. The website was easy to use, we submitted the order and had our standard CAT 6 cables show up 2 days later - in AK! Unfortunately, the delivery estimate for the custom cables continues to be delayed- first due to manufacturing requirements (because it was custom- totally understandable), but more recently due to "production demand or if a cable does not pass our strict test standards prior to shipment" which has me concerned. We also did not get notice of the changed expected ship date until 2 days after the cables were expected to ship (which would have been expected delivery date). Holding out hope the cables ship this time, as our lack is holding up the entire project.

We are currently looking into this issue. We did email you an esitmated ship date. As you probably know it was the color of the fiber optic patch cables that are an issue. We typically ship these out very fast. Orange multimode OM3 cable that was selected is something that we did not have on the shelf and getting the cable in fast has been an issue. We have followed up via email regarding other color options etc.

As you know we have spoken and discussed how this review is inaccurate and you confirmed you received the emails that were sent. We communicated with you several times via email. We provided confirmation, a ship date that you were aware of. It was supposed to ship out on the 19th but got delayed one day due to the holiday. I explained that this was a custom assembly that we needed to manufacture it. You stated how were you supposed to know that. It's in the product title and everywhere on the product page. It's cut to length, terminated, and tested to your chosen specifications. The transit time from our facility took 4 days which is standard with UPS Ground which you chose. That is completely out of our control. I’m not sure what we could have done here. We communicated with you and it shipped inside the window that it was supposed to.
