Fast shipping to Japan, well packaged replacement screen . All working well!

Everything runs smooth, until it fails...
My lcd (HP laptop) lasted 13 monthes.
Order, customer service, price and shipping were perfect.
But just 1 year lifetime for a display means cheap stuff.
And when I tried to sort it out, Laptopscreen started to ask for ridiculous and endless tests (I worked 10 years with computers). From there, you understand that even if you manage to send it back "they will not be able to reproduce the issue" and will offer to send it back to you at your own cost.
Known story...
That's all folks, when you sell huge quantites of cheap low grade parts you need to assume and replace the bad ones to make your customers come back.

Order support was helpful in finding the correct replacement screen for my Dell G7 7700. The video was helpful in beginning the replacement process. There were some details that would make the purchase and replacement better. (1) Removing the bottom section of the bezel proved difficult because some of it was sticking to the adhesive of the old screen. It probably would have been useful to use a hair dryer to warm it. After that the bezel came free without damage. (2) No mention was made in the video of the grounding strip. In the video it remains attached. on the G7 17 7700 it does(did) not. Reattaching the strip to the connector is more difficult than expected because of the small size of the connector. (3) The description of the adhesive to hold the screen in place and what is "required" are not the same. The original is a "pull the tab and the adhesive strip will come out". The description of the new part says "requires double sided tape" and there is no option to purchase the "pull to remove type tape. Instead it offers a 180 ft roll of double sided tape that is 1/8" wide. There is no advice given about how to place the tape thus supplied (for an additional $11.00). I have about 178 ft of double sided tape for sale as a result.

These difficulties, when surmounted, resulted in a perfect replacement that corrected some issues that were present from the purchase of the laptop.

I order the screen part number I found on the back of my broken screen. It was less $ than any other source I found, $30 less than those crooks at amazon. It arrived quickly. I checked and there was a different part number on the back. But I plugged it in and it worked perfectly. Mine is a touch screen. Colors, touch, everything as good as the original.

I'm an IT consultant and one of my clients had a little accident (external monitor fell on their laptop screen and cracked it badly). I searched Amazon and Ebay for a replacement screen. Couldn't find one that specifically mentioned the ThinkPad model (couple of sellers told me their screens "should fit"). I decided to do a little more searching and came across laptopscreen.com. Not only did they have a replacement, they had options (matte, glossy, and even and upgrade to better color). They also had the special adhesive tape required to replace the screen on the ThinkPad. Avoid this seller. I ordered a laptop screen from this company, where it arrived 7 days later with the packaging good and intact. I installed the screen just past their return policy of 45 days and it shows the screen to be cracked. When I asked the company to replace the screen under their warranty, they said they would not and blamed the damage on the shipper. And since the shipping company would not reimburse them after 30 days, they will not honor their warranty with me. When I explained that the packaging was intact with no damage I asked if it have been during the fulfillment process at the warehouse. Their response was the warehouse does make mistakes. I looked to file a complaint with the state they are incorporated, however they are a Canadian company.
