Horrible . Do not go here. This place is a scam. I wanted to try body sculpting after losing weight wanted to tone certain part. Hayley immediately signed me up for 6 treatments. After the 2nd treatment, that night I passed out, split my head open went to the Emergency Room, everything. And they tell me o unforunately we cant cancel the other 4 treatmenta but we can give you store credit . $3900 AND A WASTE . DONT GO HERE. Its a scam. They want ur money they want u to sign up then they dont care about you. Now im stuck paying them because i dont want to ruin my credit. Wish i never even thought about going here.

Should have known that the onslaught of phone calls, emails, and texts that resulted from an initial inquiry was a blaring sign of the displeasure to come! Purchasing botox at a required pricetag of $550 for the smallest increment, I then learned that the nurse would only administer $400 worth during my appointment (32 units for crows feet, and 4 units in the upper lip was all that was allowed) compounded by the 15-minute wait for the nurse to come back in the room to do the injections). Disappointingly, there were no results from the injections. This is no exaggeration. I contacted LaserAway two weeks later, scheduled a consult, explaining that I wanted to be fair, and what was a reasonable solution and/or outcome. During this consult, the first employee explained there was nothing they could do, and I reiterated what is fair and reasonable (never was I requesting money back, rather was hoping to hear a recommendation), when two more employees came into my room, reinforcing there was nothing they could do, but did offer to have corporate call me. Corporate got my voicemail, left a message and had no intention of returning my call as there one voicemail message stated I should not come back to LaserAway. It is possible that the employees at the location I visited were simply lacking in much-needed customer service training, and I could be more empathetic to their ineptitude. However, corporate's response said it all...your satisfaction is NOT this company's top priority. There was zero empathy/understanding/compassion. "I'm sorry for your disappointing experience" would have gone a long way in conveying that LaserAway cares about being a professional and quality service provider. Quality service nor customer loyalty are part of the LaserAway mission. Their mission: we don't care about customer expectations!

I am always going to new look skin center but this time I had to cancel my appointment multiple times as I am working so many hours. I was in rush and I got one time appointment with Laser Away, they changed me 850$ for full legs and under arms which usually I am paying 175!!!! I shocked!!!!
And I asked manager for explanation and she said they are pretty expensive that's it and I have to pay????
Their place and machine compare to new look skin center are so old!!!!

*WARNING: HONEST REVIEW - PLEASE STAY AWAY. THIS IS A TRUE SCAM.*

I have been a LaserAway customer since 2021. I purchased their "pre-paid" full body package with add-ons in advance. It is the biggest regret of my life. I am writing this honest review to protect future unsuspecting women from the HORROR I experienced.

1- MONEY LOST: I lost over *$15,000* USD with LaserAway. Their "packages" cost me $10,000+ and $5000 lost in the Ally loan they promised me has zero interest. $15 of my hard earned money, and they stole it with zero shame.

2- SALES PEOPLE ARE *LIARS*Network marketers on commission will bombard you with 1000+ messages, emails, and calls obsessively until they've locked you into one of their "packages." DO NOT DO IT. IT IS A SCAM. You will discover you've been "duped" when it's too late.
3- Here are some lies the sales people promised me before purchase:
A. "All payments are refundable for unused sessions." - LIE. After I experienced a spinal injury and could no longer make sessions on time, they refused to refund me ANY of my payments with zero regard for disability.
B. Your "package includes..." IS ALWAYS A LIE. In the middle of treatment, a nurse confronted me with "m'aam, your platinum package" doesn't include "toes." This happens while you're semi-naked on the table!! They keep dragging you into more payments to cover stupid insignificant body parts like your "fingers." Until you just give up and buy the "full body package" like I did, to avoid this humiliation and horror in the future.
C. "You can book appointments anywhere": NOPE!!! They have semi ZERO appointment availability and you will have to wait WEEKS for an appointment if you dare to reschedule. You will drive HOURS to far branches with availability. YOU WILL SUFFER. They keep trapping more women into their contracts without adding capacity, so existing customers cannot get service.

3- ZERO DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS: These people are operating IN VIOLATION OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT. THEY HAVE ZERO disability accommodations, and their staff do not even understand what "ADA violations" mean. They refused to accommodate any of my disability after a serious traumatic injury, worsening my trauma. Awful.

4- On the phone or at the branch, you will confront either robotic, unhelpful, snobby, or plain rude receptionists.

5- TREATMENT AND NURSES: Depending on the branch, the nurses may be HORRIBLE and borderline abusive, or kind and cooperative. At the SANTANA ROW BRANCH, the nurses are horrible beyond words. They continued to change my settings, rush through treatment, leaving me with a skin rash and zero results afterwards. Their training program does not prepare nurses equally, so it's you and your luck.

6- Lack of appointments makes staying consistent with your treatment schedule IMPOSSIBLE, so your results will be DESTROYED.
5- "RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED": The results of the treatment are NOT guaranteed. READ the FINE PRINT. If you're looking for effective, lasting hair reduction, I PROMISE you, LaserAways treatments will NOT give you that.

They lie, decieve, and gaslight you to break your confidence and to convince you that "other women have had excellent results" - but.. your case seems to be... tricky." THAT IS FALSE. The series of "six to eight" treatments they use are KNOWN to be ineffective and insufficient for 80%-90% hair reduction, especially because they*start at the lowest setting* even if you've had Laser PRIOR to LaserAway.

6- BEWARE OF THEIR CONTRACTS:
- They strategically pull women into vague, confusing, 10,000 page and $15,000 contracts, then fail to deliver services, while protected by the contract YOU unknowingly signed.
- NEWSFLASH: Your "contract" has an "ARBITRATION" clause. This prevents you from EVER suing them for ANYTING. This includes: MALPRACTICE, DECEPT, PERSONAL INJURY, or anything else. You are totally powerless and left without any rights.

7- NO REFUNDS. ZERO DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS.
- After I pre-paid $15,000, I suffered a spinal injury & medically verified disability.
- I cried on the phone with countless LaserAway representatives, PLEADING and BEGGING that they either provide me necessary disability accommodations, or refund the unused portion of my package, at least $6500 lost.
- LaserAway refused to provide me ANY disability accommodations, or refund anything.

8- Unethical business overall: This terrible experience shows how unethical and shady the entire establishment of LaserAway is.. Absolutely disgusting.

9- BETTER ALTERNATIVES: Consider Laser at home with IPL like Braun, Tria, etc. I personally got better results with them. You can avoid the horror of dealing with LaserAway. Otherwise, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is not about the service provided. I've had a normal experience at my appointments. The WEBSITE however, is a nightmare. As a repeat customer, I'm not filling out the questions again, I don't need a consultation, then immediately getting texts and calls from what sounds like squeaky teenagers calling me going "hi babe!" when I accidentally answered their call once. I want to log on, open my account online, choose my location, get pricing, and book my appointment. The site shouldn't be so stupid and obnoxious.

This company is a scam. I was interested in tattoo removal services. The website claimed to have the "most advanced" laser technology (which they don't as I learned after my first session). They'll want to hop on a call with you and hound you with text and calls and emails to do so after they falsely advertise a 77% off deal (which was never applied) and then make it seem like you're getting a great deal if you sign up to pay for multiple sessions broken down into a payment plan. What they don't tell you, is that they do a credit check, then open up a credit card under your name with 29% APR, so with the interest you're paying you're really not getting a deal at all, literally paying a lot more per session instead. Seriously? I canceled all upcoming session and was charged an inflated rate for the first and only session I had with them. They agreed to cancel the agreement and all seemed fine, was just happy not to be dealing with them anymore after the bait and switch. Then I get a notice in the mail saying I'm late on my payment for a card that I never received and didn't even know they had opened for me. Now I'm being called everyday by their collections department for debt I shouldn't have because this POS company (Laser Away) hasn't paid them back in my name like they said they would. I regret getting on that call with them and getting tangled in their shady BS. STAY LASER AWAY.

Only had one session so far and it was so comfortable and pain free! So glad I booked in when I did!! :)

I did laser hair removal and I've been left with burn marks all over the bikini line. After one week they are still there, and they gave me some Vaseline saying the marks can last for weeks. I will need to cover myself at the pool or beach to avoid permanent hyperpigmentation. What a nightmare. And still, not sure I will have my skin all healed any time soon, or ever.

I talked with a dermatologist and he told me I have a post-infiammatory hyperpigmentation that will need months to fade MAYBE - or maybe never.

The people at laserway at my complaining just said I have to be positive - AFTER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPENT!!

The staff is friendly but if you have any hormonal issues, I don't recommend doing laser. For context I am a Latina with dark and corse hair and according to them I was the perfect candidate for laser.

I got free underarm with Brazilian purchase and after 6 sessions- there is absolutely no change to what is what previously.

There was one girl who was there who was very sweet but they are relentless sellers, they always try to get you to purchase more and more sessions or do buy any other product line. I would get calls about upgrading and once I would get to my appointment they would try to get me to buy more sessions and it made me super uncomfortable.

The sessions SEEMED to work but since they space you out 6 weeks, you don't see regrowth because you are consistently going. After my package was over, and I got past the 6 weeks, my hair went to growing back like normal. Throughout the process I was super excited to have a lot of this hair gone but alas it came back just the same. Waste of $2,000 don't do it.

Fort Lauderdale location at LaserAway is amazing! They care about people’s well-being and are very helpful. They saved me 2 hours of driving back and forth from my place because I was late because of traffic and I’m thankful for that! Last December 2022, I purchased several services from LaserAway. Thermage was a service that I had wanted to tighten up the skin on my abdomen after losing significant weight I gained during the pandemic. If you get this procedure, you are not given any kind of numbing cream, pain meds - nothing except offered ibuprofen. I was told by the nurse when I went in for the procedure that if I had taken anything, I wouldn’t be able to have the procedure. If you ever think about doing thermage trust this review DON’t DO IT! It was like having a hot curling iron pressed against my stomach ever other inch apart. I could barely finish the service and the nurse rushed through because I was hollering, and jumping off the bed. I am a nurse with experience in pain management and been practicing for 13 years. I specialize in palliative care with an ICU background. I am also trained in medical ethics. I think offering that treatment without pain meds is criminal and unethical. Buyer beware as they will make you sign many consent forms sent to you via a text, and they say that the procedure can cause “discomfort.” Level 10 on their pain scale bust be chopping off a limb or lobotomy. Im pretty sure it is illegal to have patients sign consent without access to a physican for questions. Good luck finding a physican or NP at a LaserAway. I can tell you in a real aesthetics spa, Hospital, urgent care, clinic, that would most likely be a joint commission violation. I was told by two nurses there that I should complain online, to be clear, the nurses were extremely nice and as person who is in the field, I don’t blame them, laserAway is really about getting your money with least effort possible. It’s a cattle call. I laid out almost $4000 for this service and I was supposed to get two. There is no way that I am going back for the second thermage session. I attempted to make a complaint on their website. I could not find out how but I must have put in a area where you put info to get a call for services because the same person who sold me the products originally, texted me thinking I wanted more services. This was after going in circles on the website, trying to use the “contact” link. The sales rep Lidia who is very nice said a person named Jack would call me about the complaint. Jack called 3 days later and left me a message saying that I should leave a message on the website that doesn’t offer any recourse except to buy something. Jacks message which my iPhone said that and that I should see results in 6 months and to come back and do a comparison. I made a two sentence statement in the complaint that said I don’t think it really worked because I could barely let the nurse keep burning me and it was on the lowest setting. In my message (I can’t say email because you can’t email them), I wrote about 3-4 paragraphs saying it was painful, unethical and could we just transfer to another service. I have received all kinds of aesthetic services all over the world from ultherapy, toxins, cool sculpt, Emsculpt etc. the list goes on - never have I had a worse experience than getting that Thermage. Also, Jack made it clear in his response that the first Thermage I paid for, but the second one was for free…$4000 wasted. I tried calling back the number that Jack called me on but it went to their mainline and I couldn’t leave a message or contact Jack. In Jacks defense, he did say if I had a complaint, I should call the location and not him. That is confusing to me, because the location told me to go to the website. The sales person Lidia told me that Jack would call me…for apparently nothing. The next day I received an email from Amanda Holmes. She also echoed that I should see results in 6 months,but clearly missed the rest or entire context saying I will never do Thermage again unless I am mainlining heroin because it was so painful. Amanda’s email, which also said if I had question please feel free to reach out. I responded (politely), 6/03 saying I don’t care about the results I just want to figure out how I can utilize the rest of the money I wasted on the Thermage (I got a no-interest loan so there was that too. Paying that waste off for the next three years). I don’t feel valued as a customer, I think it is I ethical how they practice and I am going to blast this complain all over the internet because what they are doing is wrong. Also spoke to several other aesthetics practitioners who all agreed that the only reasons I could find thermage, is because the treatment doesn’t work, is incredibly painful and a ineffective. I am going to post this all over social media. Buyer Beware.

Booked the next Glow Facial appointment right after my first treatment. Came on time, they said they don't have it in their system. This is not the mistake on my side as I added it to my calendar while I was still talking to receptionist. Waisted time and ruined my plans.

I didn’t like how expensive it is. I’m not happy with the results. I had 8 sessions, (Brazilian, legs, and under arms) and I still have hair growing back everywhere. I’m not “fuzz free” as advertised. I didn’t like how horribly painful it was. Even with the numbing cream. However, the staff was lovely and the rooms were very clean.

Laser Away: Dishonest company with terrible customer service
This company sold me a procedure over the phone, describing to me in great detail what I was purchasing. I was very clear after spending a long time on the phone with a salesperson and a nurse what I was purchasing. Upon arriving for the procedure, a different salesperson entered my treatment room to explain to me what I had purchased. She described a lesser treatment than what I was sold. I attempted to explain what I was sold. The salesperson continued to repeat what she first said, unwilling to understand what I was actually sold. I requested a refund prior to beginning the treatment, as this felt like some sort of a scam. This salesperson told me that she could not refund me, but someone would contact me the next day. Not only has no one contacted me, but I have repeatedly attempted contact with the company over the last month and have not received a response. I have received no treatment and no refund, not even a response from this company. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

T, the practioner was very cool and personable

Falsely gave me a package that they told me included face and neck but on my appointment date they told me its an extra $700 for the neck. Have requested a refund and know im getting the runarounds.

Do not try this $8000 later and im still hairy. I let them know it didnt work and they want me to buy more sessions lol fraudulent company. I literally got legally robbed. They have a consent form you have to sign basically if it doesnt work sucks for you 8000 dollars down the drain
