Disappointing product and return policy

I was really excited to try Lashley magnetic eyelashes, but they’re extremely hard to apply — they mostly stick to the applicator instead of my lashes. The “10-second” promise is unrealistic; it took me almost an hour of frustration. On top of that, returns have to be shipped all the way back to a warehouse in China, which makes the process expensive and inconvenient. Definitely not the customer-friendly experience I expected
