Stay away
Removing all your sensitive data after inactive period of 2 years is pure evil and it should be illegal. They send e-mail notification 3 days before, if you don't login on time, all your data is gone with no possibility to recover.
Multiple, serial failures and lack of effective support.
For the first few years I used it,Lastpass worked very well. I started with a free account, and upgraded to a paid account. Then, Last year, my master password stopped working, and dispite months of working to restore it, including multiple texts with their support organization, none of the suggestoins that they provided were successful in restoring the system, During this time, my membership subscription wss automatically renewed, and dispite not being able to log in, I was unable to delete the account. As of now, the account is up for renewal again next month, yet I have not been able to use it for over 13 month. I tried to use a delete process on their website, today, and that process also failed. I spoke to my credit card company about blocking their upcoming charge, and found that I cannot block it in advance, but I can dispute it once it appears on my account. The lack of telephone support and multiple, repeated email support failures make the system unusable.

Lastpass is an absolute joke - stay away. Ive been locked out of my account twice, for no reason (correct email, correct password). the first time, after going round in circles for ages with loads of bugs and glitches (literally hours) i finally got in. This time - after wasting nerly a whole day sweating and stressing and trying to get back in, Ive given up. Now im trying to delete my account, and it wont even let me do that (another glitch). So ive just cancelled the payment set up to them to do it that way. All data lost. Its really really really rubbish - stay clear.
Frustrated
Frustrated. Use for business. They had problems with payment processing. Enter a new card, still errors, with no saying they will process, so we switch to 1password, since they, you know, work. Days later they process the payment and have been a pain to get it reversed. Literally days worth of back and forth, asking for basic information that they have since I have to be logged in to chat with them to begin with! 1/5 destined to fail.

The app randomly locks you out, no support, no numbers to call, nothing good about this company just absolutely horrible and destroys your day if all your passwords are inaccessible, try nordpass.

very frustrating experience. There is a problem with their email verification server which means I cannot login to any devices that require verification. to make matters worse there is nobody to speak to unless you are signed up as a Pro, which I am but i cannot log in. Its like a never ending doom loop with nobody to speak to.

They used to be a great Password manager but recently there are bugs and issues on a regular basis.
I have a paid Family account but I am really wondering why we are paying as this app is just a source of frustration.

Last Pass has a very unfriendly support service. I have a premium account and an open case but can not get through the protocols they have put into place to get to the support. I have emails from them saying they are going to close my case if I do not respond but I can not get in to respond. It is in an endless loop of non-response. Terrible system
I am locked out of Last Pass all the time!
I get locked out of my accounts for long periods of time. They have NO SUPPORT so be certain that if you have a problem it will waste half your day or more to get back to being productive. I bought last pass to share specific passwords with my assistant and frequently, when I clear my cache and my assistant has uses LastPass, it asks me to verify by email but that email doesn't arrive in a timely fashion so I'm unable to work and login. I'd give LastPass zero stars if I could due to lack of support. You can only access support if you log in which let's face it, is the number one reason people need support. Also password reset emails are slow to arrive so don't even try that option even if you're willing to change your password just to get online.
Before you unsubscribe TURN OFF AUTORENEW OR YOU'RE F'D!
As a simple matter of caution I unsubscribed from Lastpass a year ago to switch to another password manager. I just received an email from Lastpass telling me I'm auto-renewing my account in a matter of days. I can't log into the account to change autorenew setting and can't log in to contact customer service.

Support doesn't respond to submitted cases with business accounts. Nobody will return calls.
LastPass used to have customer support
LastPass used to have customer support. They used to be a reliable company. They are now garbage. I spent 3 hours trying to access my account that I had the correct login and password. They are not worth wasting your time. Avoid this company.
Great password manager and autofill tool
It took a while, but the update to version 4.139.5 solved the problem of excessive CPU usage by the LastPass extension in Chrome. Now I can once again say with full conviction: great password manager and autofill tool, with flawless synchronisation between all my devices, both desktop and mobile.
I can no longer do without it.
I'm sure that I messed up my password
I'm sure that I messed up my password, I think... I tried to reset it and apparently failed. The next option was to reset the account to my previous password with the understanding that I would lose all data from that point. That didn't work for me. either so I opted for the reset the account with my last password which meant everything would be lost and I would have to re-enter all of my data from that point in time.
The worst thing was the lack of communication. Customer Support would send me a message after Midnight and then go dormant for 24 hrs. The Process started with a request from me on 2/17with me giving up on 3/1. I asked repeatedly for someone to call me with no response!

They make it impossible to cancel
Avoid. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription, no support, evasive with any contact details. Even the one message I did receive from a human was full of typos and did nothing, this company is not reputable. They continue to charge my card despite cancelling and eventually deleting my account. On cancellation they cheekily sent me a Customer Success email which happens to include hidden in this email that I still have a subscription received only after deleting my account which I can now not cancel because I have no account to enter to cancel and its a no respond email with no way to contact. For a company should pride itself on trust with people passwords its very fundamentals of managing subscriptions, customers and charging cards is horrendous. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Completely unsafe online
Unbelievable. My autopay credit card was hacked. I have tried incessantly to access my account. I changed the payment method and still no results. Customer service is a job and completely AI that is incompetent.

always the same.. 'you're password is incorrect'.. trying several times, even copy - paste my password and still it stays incorrect. And making a new password, it says 'it looks too much like your former one.. so the former one might be correct? And what about their disclaimer that they do not / cannot save your master password, due to privacy regulations.. How can you say then that it looks to familiar to the former one..?! This website is a disaster.

They might bankrupt my company, after 18 years because I can't get in to my stripe or anything else to charge my clients and pay my bills. I'm a week behind on several bills.
They have locked me out of the password manager completely, I can't contact anyone unless I login, and I can't login because they refuse to send a password to my email. And I'm now locked out of the email anyway, as I'm working from another country to escape a construction.
I have used Last Pass for many years…
I have used Last Pass for many years and rely on it completly. My only complaint is in situations like banks or telcos, where there are multiple passwords for the same site. It does not distinguish between the different pages, so I must guess which password to use.
Lastpass have provided a solution to this problem but I am too stupid to use it.
