I strongly recommend avoiding this company for hiring purposes. They fail to compensate subcontractors while collecting payments from clients, indicating a lack of commitment to their clients' and workers’ best interests. I advise steering clear of them at all costs.

My experience with Laterem Group was far from satisfactory. I encountered various challenges during our collaboration, which left me dissatisfied with their work and overall conduct.

Throughout our project, I noticed a lack of professionalism and accountability on their part. They consistently fell short of meeting their commitments and obligations. Additionally, their approach to project costs was questionable, often pressuring me into unnecessary expenses.

What bothered me most was their tendency to avoid taking responsibility for any issues that arose during the construction process. Instead of addressing the problems, they shifted blame onto subcontractors and clients, including myself. This lack of accountability was frustrating.

Moreover, I became aware that subcontractors and suppliers were not receiving payment as agreed upon, which reflected poorly on the company's financial integrity. This situation created a sense of unease for me as a client, as I was approached by these parties seeking payment.

Overall, my experience working with Laterem Group was marred by these issues, and their evasive behaviour only exacerbated the situation. It is my sincere recommendation that anyone considering their services should exercise caution and carefully evaluate their options.

They completed a full refurbishment for us and we have never been happier. They were fully transparent on everything including subcontractors. We have been burnt in the past by previous contractors but Laterem were a breath of fresh air. They have this system that they share and it shows all their works. We just gave them the design and they made it all happen! Could not be happier!
