Also, if you try to transfer money out by an e-transfer, be prepared to wait for as much as 30 or 40 minutes for the transaction to be done. Other banks take SECONDS.

they do not answer phones, they Dont answer email inquiries, always a vague response, call the number...
and then you call, and wait 30 minutes, then you speak to someone, they pawn you off to another department which never picks up.
its a PERPETUAL CYCLE they are NOT fullfilling theyre terms on bankig under Quebec Regulation. this is NOT a company you should be looking to do business with as they just dont care.. youll see when you join up, how many minutes of your life you lose.
