Received a call from Andrea, very knowledgeable and helped with a recommendation based on my dry skin around my nose.
Package arrived 48 hours later with the postie.
So far so good 👍🏽

Scam avoid at all costs
Offered me a free trial , I paid for postage now they have taken £44 out of my account.
No communication back obviously scamming loads of people
I didn't sign up for anything

LOVE Luxe Age Defying Formula, have been using it for years. But very disappointed in the price hike. I can’t buy one jar for $49 dollars anymore..one jar cost $79. I have to buy two jars to get the $49 price. Which means I need to spend $100. That’s a lot for me. I will need to look for a different cream. I don’t know why you would do this.

I have to say that speaking to Guy regarding my annual purchase of 12 months of skin care is always a joy. He is very knowledgeable and steers me in the right direction on my choices.oh and the little extras in the box are always a surprise.

You have not dealt with the questions there is no trace of your founder at the stated university or any proof of education record there is nothing to support her existence even very few photos and AI says there is something wrong with them. As a company there is nothing wrong with a figure head for marketing but people should not be missled You have also ignored proof that you do cold call So I feel I have no choice but to raise my concerns with UK authorities there are Numerous complaints about people Not being told it's a subscription service.So there is no trace of your founder or her qualifications anywhere emails to you go without out reply
The photo suggests it's AI can you confirm they exist?and there is no trace of there qualifications either??
And you state you don't cold call people yet your current job advert on INDEED does list this as a job recruitment?? Also Sarah Lavie was struck off in April 2026 is this the same person
Again if anyone feels misled by this company report them I know I was.

I don't treat myself very often as a mom but this is the best decision Ive ever made. I started with a trial and am now using all the products. Don't be put off by the prices because they really do make things work for you. My skin has never looked better and I'm the most confident I've been in years. Thankyou Lavie Labs

I was a bit ( a lot) sceptical to say the least. Never really known what I need or how to use. Busy middle aged mum that has never really had a skin care routine. Soap and shampoo kinda woman. Anyway, I'm totally hooked! The smell, the quality, the difference! They've sent me an idiots guide as to what and when to apply. It's my new routine. People have complemented me on my skin. I'm very pleased to write a review about me, not a household product. A Claire thing. Go me! The team are lovely, not pushy. Very knowledgeable and listen. Definitely keeping with this company. Thank you

Just wonderful products and the staff are wonderful

Spoke to Rob today because I didn't get the printout of my new daily routine in my box of products that was delivered yesterday. He is organising getting a printout sent out today. Rob is a lovely person to talk to and excellent at getting things sorted out quickly. Definitely a five star agent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Talked with Guy for a while and he was very helpful and knew a lot about the product so very pleased with the company and do like there product I’ve been using it for around a month now and my skins improved already X

Do not trust this company they are complete frauds! They have sales agents using fake names to try & swindle people out of their money through a monthly subscription. Everything is fake from top to bottom including the customer testimonials on their website and their made up owner “Sarah Lavie”. Their products are grossly overpriced & will not get you the results you’re looking for. Not to be trusted !

SCAM !!!!! Avoid at all costs
Called husbands phone saying i was filling a survey for skin care I couldn't remember. Next they wanted to send a sample but then needed my card details to pay for the postage then looked on Trust pilot and called the bank to cancel.

I've been using the products for a good few years now and I absolutely love them. I have used other products a bit in-between but only because I have been bought them as a gift and I will never go more then 2 days without using Lavie Lab products. Aging isn't just about wrinkles, you go kind of go dull as well and then the melting starts, no one warns you about the melting (sagging) These products bring a glow back as well as reducing wrinkles and tightens the sagging. Seriously go for it, they are the best products that I have ever tried. The customer service is excellent and Guy is the best, he is just lovely. I am 56 and probably been using these since I was 50. I like to think I don't look 56, well I can do first thing in the morning but then I use the Eye serum, the Youth Bright Gel and then the Skin Immortality and Boom I don't look half bad. Oh and I no longer wear foundation since using these products. I feel you might not think this review is real as I am saying it is soooo good, but honestly I am a real person and I really do use these products everyday and they really are that good.

I received a call from Ashley Walker from this company offering a free trial and I only had to pay the postage of £4.95 which I authorised and was told If I wanted more cream after the free trial I'd get it at a reduced price but if I didn't want it then that was fine. Today this company went ahead and took £44.90 from my bank account without my authorization so they have obviously saved my bank details and can take payments without my permission. I had no more phone calls asking if I'd tried the cream and if I wanted to go ahead with another month of the cream. I can only assume this company is a scam and I'm worried about them having my bank details and will now have to report this to my bank. Definitely not worth the hassle. Nothings ever free it seems.

It was a real joy to speak with James this morning,it was if I had known him for a long time! The trial products I received were amazing, and my skin has definitely improved and seems smoother. Very impressed with the personal service I received. James has set me up with a really good skin care routine.

Guy goes out of his way to find products that work for me and create a package that suits my needs. The products work and my skin looks great when I use them, what's not to like?!

Always helpful explains well about the different products get the goods really quick.
