This is the 3rd Lazy spa I have owned and very happy with this 1 I have put the heater on twice brilliant lazy spa

Extremely dismissive of a problem I reported with the app. Here’s the quote: ‘ Kindly note we do have over 100 000 customers using the Wi-Fi and no one else has reported any glitch or speed issues yet, so we would recommend the connection or device be looked at’. There was no attempt to trouble shoot the problem, get more info about the problem or give any instructions on how to clear the cache as recommended.

Love the Oslo spa but only fits 4 people max. Bit crowded if any more

Was charged but delivery never arrived and it’s now been over three weeks. I am looking to get a refund.

Everyone at Lay-z-spa was very helpful and I have no complaints with them. However using Evri to deliver your products can be a let down due to the poor care they seem to take with parcels in my area. I was not surprised one item arrived damaged as this is not the first time with Evri. I was impressed at how quickly Lay-z-spa resolved the issue and dispatch and replacement in improved packaging that did arrive un damaged.

Please take no notice of the 2 year warranty it’s doesn’t exist.
Our lid broke on our Santorini the elastic went! There tried saying it doesn’t have any elastic? After 4 videos and 10 pictures they agreed to replace but only if I cut all the straps of and sent them a picture? But.. they have no stock so I said if I cut the straps of I will have no lid and you have no stock so it doesn’t make sence? After 3 more mails they said I hadn’t replied and closed the case. These people are scammers so please watch! If I could have left a zero I would have. Beware please….
There reply is a con too! They won’t replace unless I cut it up! Why would I agree to do that when they have enough evidence to warrant a replacement! They don’t care about customers because they don’t trust you! Rubbish service I should have kept my £1,200

Excellent service from rescheduling delivery of spa to next day to replacing the care starter chemical pack when one bottle was damaged.

Easy to assemble and easy to use. App works great too!

Good service and good product

Purchased 9th July. 5 days later pump leaked. Eventually received new pump under warranty on 11 Aug, after me doing various tests and taking photographs and videos for the company. 14th Aug, replacement pump developed a leak. I have now been asked to take videos and photos again! I did not envisage doing all this work.

Lack of communication and ignoring my last message over not getting the replacement spa for over 2 weeks no acknowledgment over whether it had been delivered or not

Lovely hot tub easy to set up I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and so far so good . I had a bit of confusion with the delivery but we quickly cleared that up . Would definitely recommend this tub for the smaller garden. The jets are powerfull . We picked the 3 seater because it has two loungers and it’s for myself and the wife and it’s perfect for two

Quick delivery as usual, would recommend

Bought in mid May through Amazon, so the price was good, delivery fast and driver helpful. The tub is great, the benches etc. make it much more useable than our old round plain one. Seems a little slow to heat up but so far has kept temperature reasonably well although we have been in a heatwave so that might have something to do with it. However it is let down by the aftersales support. We had 2 aquaglow lights included in the set and one of them didn't work. It has taken them three months and they still haven't agreed to replace it. The annoying thing is they have asked for and been given on two different occasions videoe of it not working and they just don't reply. It's only a £30 piece of plastic which probably costs them pennies from China and yet they spend their time and mine trying to avoid replacing it.

Terrible customer service we’ve had a broken spa since we set it up and the customer service is shocking. They’re very slow at replying to our issues and it’s now nearly the end of summer and the children have hardly used it. Would not recommend

Easy to find what you need and what fits which type of hot tub - order arrived within a few days

The pool hoover is amazing

Good entry level price, seems quite sturdy, pump adequate, fits 2 adults 1 child comfortably.
