Thought my egg was leaking so purchased an egg from you but turns out the liner is leaking. Bought a complete Miami now trying to return the egg EVRI has failed to pick up after confirming the booking have left abot 20 messages can’t get answers or pick up. Phoned your customer support not interested, unhelpful told me to find another courier. Shocking attitude when I have then purchased a Miami from you and looks like I am left with an Egg which hasn’t even been opened. Would not recommend your company because of unhelpful customer service advisor.

Late delivery
The delivery tracking did not update. Delivery arrived well after it should have and after company said in emails it was ‘lost.’ Very little helpful communication from them in answer to queries.

Delivery issues

Appalling service
***Update to reply below- please see claim number 1265-689 my complaint was attached to this claim aswell as sending a separate email. No effort has been made to get back to me after my complaint was sent in July, I have never known a company that lacks customer service so much, it is deeply upsetting and disappointing *** Appalling service! Sent an official complaint weeks ago and not even had a response!

Great product poor service
The product is excellent. The service was poor. Even after me chasing around a lost delivery they were not able to resolve quickly (nor are they interested in my complaint).
They have now replied below saying they were pleased to resolve it! But it took 3 weeks of the summer holidays before I could use it, and they refused to use next day delivery even after the first lost parcel. They don’t seem to understand why this is poor.

Poor delivery service
I ordered my hot tub with next day delivery (24.99 extra)but did not receive it . When I rang up to query this they couldn’t tell me why and could not tell me when it would come which was frustrating as someone needed to be in . When it did come there was no warning and it was lucky someone was in . After 3 weeks I am still waiting for my delivery fee to be refunded after numerous e mails and phone calls . I’ve now had an e mail to say it’s been processed but this could take 10 days to appear in my bank account. I found the customer service not the best and not very friendly.
The hot tub itself thou is very good and I am very pleased with it
