Complete scam. Three weeks and no sighting of the merchandise followed by several emails but no response from the company. Now requested for the refund and let’s see if I get my money back. Don’t know if anyone was lucky to get their money back .for new customers please go elsewhere

Like numerous other people on here I have never received my order and my emails have been completely ignored. I've asked again and again for a refund but nothing. I've contacted my bank who tell me I need to speak to someone about refund before they can do anything but it's impossible to contact these scammers. I've been in touch with trading standards so I just hope enough complaints will get these criminals stopped.

I placed my order on the 2nd of October and not received it. Been told that they are having issues but this is not good enough.
I have been offered 10% discount but again its not good enough.
I either want my item or a full refund.

SCAM WARNING these take your money and don’t provide the product and no way of contacting other than email, which is ignored. Instagram abs Facebook also ignored. I found the owners through companies house and contacted via Facebook but was blocked! James Beamer, Mark Beamer, Laura Beamer - photos of them holidaying with what would be stolen money! I’ve contacted trading standards, companies house and they have operated under many different company names, obviously scamming as they go along and when they get caught they dissolve and open something else. They need to be stopped

ive waited 5 weeks now and still not received my product it was suposed to be next day delivery ive emailed for a refund but keep getting ignored now .ive contacted my bank to see if they can get my refund DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ITS A SCAM £89.99 IS ALOT TO LOSE

Never sent me the product ordered and payed for now they are not answering my contacts via email and phonecall. Complete scammers STEER CLEAR

This company is a scam do not trust!!! I placed an order over three weeks ago never received my item contacted them over 7 times was getting the same reply they said I can get a refund but I never received a refund !!!!

Like Most People on here, I haven’t received my product and emails and social media messages are not being responded to. Really disappointed, as was looking forward to trying this product. Have been duped I’m afraid!

Tbh there should be a 0 stars because I am beyond mad with this companies lack of customer service and 0 replies back to numerous emails querying the whereabouts of my order. When purchased was told it was next day delivery.... nearly 4 weeks later and it still has NOT been delivered. It is absolutely disgusting that they get away with this, I did read reviews before hand but I never delved deeper because I have now been ripped off by this fake company.

Purchased just under a month ago, when I first contacted them they offered 10% discount….still didn’t arrive so they offered me 20% discount but I declined and asked for a refund. I have since sent numerous emails chasing my refund and they are now ignoring me!!!! Avoid this company, completely useless.

My other half purchased one of these for my birthday which was a month ago. Still not arrived, he has requested a refund and now they are ignoring him. Avoid at all cost!

Never received the item and am being repeatedly ignored by their so called customer service!! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing as this company have ripped me off like they have others!! STAY AWAY FTOM THIS ‘COMPANY’!!!!!!

still have not received after 4 weeks was supposed to be next work dayive emailed a few time now for a refund now there not even reply to my emails and have give me a false tracking number

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED UNTIL THEY REFUND MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEIR DEVICES OF REQUESTED REFUND. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THE SAME ISSUES TO CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS AND TO REPORT.

FAKE WEBSITE. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my product. Same person ‘Laura’ is emailing everyone clearly isn’t a real person. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!!!

Promised my order would be shippped the next day. 2 weeks later, NOTHING. Laura replied to my email but i dont now if he is real. Asked for a refund, see what happens. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
So, 2 weeks later and still nothing, I have reported to trading Standards and everyone needs to do the same. Also contact your bank and ask for CHARGEBACK, they can attempt to take the money back from them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have not received my product. Sent several emails to find out when it will be dispatched. After several weeks still no luck!
I have requested a refund and they are not replying at all now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 nearly 4 weeks and I haven't received the product! No updates, nothing at all. When I email I just get an automated response. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the laziskin IPL product on 18/9/21 and i still haven't received it 6/10/21. I've asked for a dispatch date - still nothing and i've also asked for a refund 5 times they keep delaying giving me a refund. Absolutely disgusting - I suspect the positive reviews are made up! Do not buy this product - I'm going to try and get a refund via my bank

Doesn't work. I have been using for nine weeks. Wasted nearly £100 on a piece of equipment which is clearly not doing what they are advertising.
