I ordered a laziskin my
Order was not delivered properly left outside in my main flat lobby to which was stolen I have contacted the company on more then 4 occasions I have an automatic response. Told it’s being investigated to wait after weeks of trying no one contacted about the investigation the company haven’t refunded or even sent a new product and cont seem to get a response now disgusting customer service

Been using Laziskin for 3 months now, once a week! I still have just as much hair growing than when I started, DOES NOT WORK!!!

I received an empty box. They don't respond

They offer a good product for skin hair removal, there is large discount and multibuy offer, I ordered one and got it promptly, lot of payment offers, they have good customers support.

Trust me. This review ain’t fake. I bought this machine on impulse and what a mistake. Firstly, the company refused to give me produce usage advice in relation to its intended usage. Secondly, it broke after a handful of uses. After reading below, I’m just going to write it off and I’m lucky that I can do so.

Moral of the story...save up and buy a proper one from a proper company.

The worst customer service ever .
I ordered this and returned it without even opening it in February . Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding refund to Klarna. No response , someone called Ruth has responded twice but never resolved the issue. I refuse to pay the £89.99 to Klarna when I don’t even have the product. There is no phone number to be able to contact anyone either. It seems they are just a con.

This whole company is a fraud , there device does not work at all and does nothing but leave you with burns and possible scarring , I’ve emailed them constantly over a year to get a refund , I’ve sent them the relevant information and pictures with proof , they will just stop replying to you and you will never hear from them about your refund.

Don’t believe the reviews on here. This machine burned me and the customer services have ignored multiple emails. A companies house check will give you the full name and address of the owners- public information 🙂! Totally useless and fraudulent to leave someone with permanent scarring. I’m getting medical reports before I formally submit it through the claims portal. BE WARNED and do not buy from this company !

I've had my laziskin since December and since using it consistently (I didn't at first) I have definitely noticed a difference. Hairs have been slower to grow back and some hairs have stopped growing.
The company has amazing customer service! My device stopped working last week so I emailed them and sent them a video of the device not working and they replied quickly every time. They sent me a new one which arrived after a few days. I cannot say a bad word about them. Thank you laziskin. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible company. My 81 year old father has ordered one of their items by mistake. Because he has opened it (he had no idea what it was) they are refusing to refund him. Avoid like the plague!

I bought my Laziskin december and it has done nothing to minimise hair growth. From needing to shave to use the equipment my facial hair has grown back thicker than ever. I continued the treatments, took painfully embarrassing photos of my face to send in and waited the 60 days before emailing requesting a refund, with the photos included. I got an acknowledgement email to say someone will reply within 48 hours on 28th Feb, its over a month and after chasing multiple times I've had no reply. Taking the photos are embarrassing enough, especially when you have facial hair which has WORSENED due to needing to shave my hair before using the item. And to add insult to injury these photos were sent in to their customer services as per their refund guidelines, just to be ignored. This is a humiliating experience, and infuriating even more so being ignored for over a month!!
DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Please be warned by these people, im now being ignored and I'm at a loss because they're ignoring me. It's been over a month and nothing.

Very pleased with the product i received and glad i did persuade myself to getting one. I do recommend you reread the instructions and make sure you understand how to use this.

I've been using this for a couple of months now and I'm really impressed. It's really easy to use and I'm seeing great results. The website is easy to navigate and it arrived quicker than expected.
