I would not give any stars if possible!!! I ordered a laziskin hair remover on the 12th of January as a present for my sister. In the confirmation email it states the item will be sent by royal mail track and trace in fact it was sent via Hermes and was left outside my block of flats which is on a main road, as a result I never recieved it. After now 2 months of communication they refused to give a refund and I was offered replacement product which I refused as it was a present and Is now too late, since this I seem to be getting ignored this is all done by email and there is no contact number. MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR REFUND POLICY AS THEY ARE REFUSING A REFUND FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED

I’ve been using the Laziskin IPL device for about 4 weeks now, I have seen a slight difference on my legs but I don’t think it’s enough to give a full score on this product. I’m assuming it takes longer maybe 7-12 weeks to notice a real difference. No difference to my underarms or bikini line so far, I’ve upped the settings to see if this will make a difference.

THE WORST COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I SEND MY ITEM BACK AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND. YOU CANT EVEN PAY WITH PAYPAL BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. DO. NOT. ORDER. ITS BEEN 1 YEAR THAT I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. THEY TOOK MY ITEM THAT I RETURNED BACK TO RECEIVE A REFUND HOWEVER THEY SCAMMED ME AND NEVER GAVE ME THE MONEY BACK PLUS THEY TOOK THE ITEM TO THEMSELVES ASWELL.

I purchased in January 21 and have not received my order!!

I have made multiple attempts to email for advice and no-one gets back in touch!!!

Can anyone advise?

I've been using this IPL system for a month now and have really noticed a difference. The hair on my legs has really slowed down and I barely have to shave them now.
I'm looking forward to the summer now so I can get my legs out!

After I send a product back to them they stop contacting me no money back or new product

For starters, the website looked professional and clear. So I decided to give it a go. With the sale on the price seemed cheaper than the most.
Secondly, many safe payment options.
Lastly, postage, well I trust Post Office more than the other parcel companies. The order can be tracked properly.
Ordered and hope it will go well. Once I get it I will update how it is.

Used just once today and loving it so far. Let’s see what happens after a week or so

I ordered the laziskin IPL hair removal device and it stopped working within months because it was obviously a manufacturing fault I contacted the company and was told to return it and I would receive a refund. It has been a couple of weeks I have not received my refund and they have stopped responding to my emails. This is theft!

I had a look at several different options including the lumea which is very expensive I gave this website a go it seemed professional and recommended via google and I was impressed that they offer Klarna payments which is always handy when you don't feel you want to pay full price up front. Received the product having used on several occasions it has worked nicely for me I did shave prior to using and it keeps the hairs at bay

Such poor service! So disappointed! No replies!
I only used the IPL for 1 month and it keeps cutting out! I sent a video for proof to show my device isn't working. I've emailed few times and no one replies then they eventually said I'll be getting a replacement but it's been over a week and no one is replying back to me ?!

I had my legs and underarms lazered professionally a few years ago and it worked, but a few little stragglers relented. Then I moved and the same treatments are way too expensive where I now live. I got one of these to keep on top of and even get rid of the rest, I have not looked back.

Easy to navigate site and post my experience with them, will definitely go back! Good service as well

I've enjoyed using their product. It noticeably smoothens my legs, and it's just a great experience. Left feeling smooth and fresh, not a bit of hair left. Brilliant.

I bought this product a couple of months ago but I can’t even get it to work half the time it’s a complete rip off 😡

Waste of money! I was very skeptical about buying due to the negative reviews but like to test things for myself.. I used 5 times and now is not working properly and had no change to hair growth at all! Alot of money to waste.
