it's a scam!Don't buy from there.
I've placed an order that I never delivered, and they don't even reply to e-mails! Just ridiculous.

The worst company to deal with.It took nearly a month to get here.I ordered a big pet carrier with a big bubble window.What I got was a drawstring bag with a drawstring hole where the bubble window should be.It is utterly useless and the company does not reply to emails.They simply take your money and run.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL company!! Do not order anything from these cowboys. The dog bed I ordered looked nothing like the picture and it cost me £60. I asked for return instructions and still haven't heard anything. I found a better one in aldi for £15. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible company!
Ordered a harness for my dog, took nearly two weeks to arrive.
The harness is too small, so needed to return. Emailed for info on how/where to return item and have heard nothing and now after emailing a second time still no response.
Shocking customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .I have left 1 star for this so called company as I had to leave a star to proceed, I purchased a cat/dog carrier when it arrived it was insufficient for my needs, I immediately contacted the company asking for details on how to return the item and I have been completely ignored, I have to date sent 9 emails, don't use this company they are completely untrustworthy

Give me my refund you promise me a cushion and pillow all I get is a cover since March give back my money and I will send back your cover

Ordered a dog bed on the 3rd January for £52 had no email to state it was been processed, emailed on the 14th January to ask them to cancel my order still no correspondence would not recommend this company wish I had of seen the reviews before ordering.

I ordered a Large dog bed £40, I received a very small one which did have a label on saying Large! So wasn’t a packing error!.. .. it’s even smaller than the medium one I wanted to replace.
I’ve tried to contact Lazypet store through the contact email address they give to return it, but the email keeps returning saying Domian unknown!..
I guess that’s £40 up Swanny!..
I could actually kick myself for not reading the reviews first for this dog bed as they are all saying the same!..
company’s like this should be thoroughly vetted before they are allowed to go into business so they can be shut down to save scamming people over and over again!!!
PS THE WEB ADDRESS TAKES YOU TO THEIR WEBSITE, THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM FOR A REFUND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS DOESN’T EXIST!!!

the same dog carrier backpack was £6 cheaper on Amazon and next day delivery, than on their website, it’s been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order, it haven’t even arrived to the courier ffs now that I’m asking for a refund, suddenly they can’t see my emails. Keep the 25 quids mate, in my country we say, spend it on medicine.

Bought a bed for my dog looked nothing like the image on website cost me 40 plus p and p absolute rubbish.

Shocking!! 12 days for delivery with no communication despite emailing three times. Finally arrived and nothing like I ordered, wrong colour and rubbish quality

I wasn’t looking forward to receiving this after reading the reviews after I’d bought it! It arrived in Portugal within the expected delivery time and my emails were answered about the tracking numbers The bed itself was attractive and looked like the picture. It could have done with more stuffing both in the ring and on the bottom. Both areas had separate zips so I stuffed them with an old fibre filled pillow. Took 5 mins. I know it’s not the point but it would have made the parcel much larger had the bed been properly stuffed. It seems easy to wash and my dog likes it.

It was clean and had no odour.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

Ordered two donut dog beds which cost £60. It took 12 days for them to arrive with no communication from store what so ever. When they arrived they appeared to be wrapped inside and out in stained yellow cello tape with an awful odour. The beds are extremely poor quality I could of purchased a much better bed from my local home and bargains. The beds lack stuffing and just look very cheap. They also have a very damp odour like they’ve been wet and left to dry.

I contacted lazy pet store and requested refund or replacement of other bed. I was advised that they could not refund or replace and I should wash the beds as there was nothing else they could do. I cannot believe they actually suggested I should wash ‘new’ beds purchased for £60 before use!

I am now going to raise dispute with payment provider as store remains reluctant to offer any solution.

Please do not order from this store, poor customer service and poor quality/damaged items being sold

Ordered a XL dog bed. It took 21 days to be delivered. It was really small quality was rubbish. No stuffing in bottom of bed. Not even fit for a dog that would fit the size. Read there returns policy before you order. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

The bed took a couple of weeks to arrive and had come from China so that was probably why.
My collie cross took to it and is happy in it. However, he had a tummy upset so I took the covers off to wash them (washable covers was one of the most important reasons for purchase) and I was really disappointed in the amount of stuffing inside- barely any, just a fabric bag with a bit of stuffing.
It's early days yet so we will see but very disappointed as it was far more money for a dog bed than I would normally spend.
Looking to buy a second one but from a different company.

I would not recommend this company, very poor communication.
The colour wasn’t what I expected & they refused to let me change the colour, and the quality of the calming beds are not good no support on the sides needs a bit more stuffing.

I ordered calming bed on the 11th of December, it arrived today ,I am very pleased with it ,I would recommend lazy pet store

Never order from this company.
Ordered 2 calming beds and paid for them.
After numerous emails back and fore, weeks of waiting.
Eventually I put a complaint in with PayPal they eventually arrived.

DONT BUY DOUGHNUT BED, ITS SO FLAT NOTHING LIKE IT ADVERTISED, COMPLETELY MISLEADING AND A WASTE OF MONEY 😡😡😡
