XL bed lacks stuffing
I ordered an XL comforter bed for my rescue dog who suffers from anxiety as I have read that these fluffy, nest beds really help.
The bed arrived OK but it is really flat, lacking stuffing and not at all like the images on the website. I ended up buying another bed and putting this inside is to get the 'nest' affect but this bed should have done this by itself.
I contacted the company and advised them of the issue and got no response.
The bed arrived from overseas - I think China and I have absolutely no issue supporting Chinese industry but not for a substandard product with no after-sales service.
