They have an ai tool to tell you what replacement screen you need based on your computer model. I ordered it. It was wrong. Told me to order another. I did. Also wrong. I went out of town and experienced a serious family emergency. When I get around to return - it's past 30 days and they won't refund. I would not recommend working with this business
Purchased an item through Amazon and since Amazon sides with sellers I'll post this everywhere to inform everyone.
Purchased a screen that specifically shows 30 pin connector, and received 40 pin.
I understand not everyone is perfect but how you handle a situation.
I contacted lcdbros, and hear something back eventually and received your typical "I'm sorry". Well we know that but it gets better. They tell me send the part back, which means, I have to pack it up, use my vehicle to drop it off, and waste my time doing the aforementioned.
The kicker is, due to their mistake, you the buyer have to wait 30 days to possibly get a refund. All due to their mistakes.
How does this business got the reviews that they have on other platforms? Has to be fake reviews.
I had to go through another company so I can't repeat this mistake.
We are an IT business for over 17yrs, we have had other suppliers until now. The screen was packed very well. The screen came with two double sided stickers (which other companies dont supply)
The screen came with a nice set of tools which included, screw driver, twizers, pludgers and an exacto knife. (these were surprisingly decent quality, unlike other screen suppliers.
We will be using "LCDBros" from now on, hope the quality stays good!
