I've dealt with LCE three times recently. Once to buy a used lens and twice to trade in. On every occasion the service has been top drawer. Great communication from friendly and efficient people. The lens I bought could have been brand new, it was in mint condition and when I traded in my own lenses, I was offered a very fair price. I simply cannot fault them and I will happily use them every time. Highly recommended!

Actual ordering of equipment fast and efficient as always however seems to have some delays with actual delivery and not getting much info as to what is happening, appreciate this is probably more to do with delivery company and Easter break than LCE.

This was my first time using the camera exchange, i purchased a used lens from the website which im always wary of. The lens was in perfect condition as described and dispatched next day. Came well packaged and very pleased with service and process.

Really quick service.

I recently purchased a preowned Nikon FX 70-200 f2.8E FL ED lens from LCE in Gloucester to replace an older version that had developed a fault with autofocus. The replacement lens was shipped down from the LCE Newcastle branch overnight and when tested out on my D810 was in excellent condition and sold to me at a very fair price. I did also consider the possibility of upgrading to a used Z8 & Z 70-200 f2.8 lens and the service and guidance provided by store manager, Derek, plus Chris was great. I’m sticking with my trusted D810 and F lens collection for now but I’m sure I’ll be popping back to see the LCE Gloucester team in the future to reconsider my upgrade options. Thank you!
