We have been using Lead Forensics at Gevaco and it has proved very practical. The programme allows us to see exactly which companies are visiting our website, often with clear details on their activity. Our sales team uses this information daily to follow up with potential customers. It makes the process much more efficient because we know who is interested and can act quickly.
The system is straightforward and helps us keep track of our follow-ups. It also makes it easier to update management, as we can show what leads have come in and how they are being handled. We do not need a separate customer relationship management system for this purpose. Lead Forensics simply helps us find new business and stay organised.

Avoid this company like the plague, will tie you to lengthy contracts you can't get out of. Our business model changed and the service was not appropriate, didn't even bother to make one phone call to us. Signing up with them was the worst business decision ever made.

I've been using LeadForensics for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic tool. There’s so much to explore, and I’m sure I haven’t even scratched the surface yet! The community page is a big plus - tons of useful tips, resources, and even live webinars on various topics.
The customer support has been amazing as well, as we had an issue while trying to log in but the error was quickly taken care of and fixed.
