The salesman came out from Leaf Filter .
They own a gutter business too.
Very rushed and tried to get me to pay $10,000 for a straight stairlift
Leaf doesn’t make stairlifts so I don’t know how they can sell someone else product and call it their product .
Horrible experience and way overpriced

I was very impressed with this company . Long time ago, I was suffer so much when I was in coma my nerve they all mix it up. I was trying to push myself for everything to calm the step but finally, I made a decision. The last four I did three weeks ago in the bathroom I do, really need that. I open my telephone. The first thing I saw it was a telephone and this this company said this is my time I had to recommended this to anybody they help you to find the best step for you that explained to you so you understand everything and I was very impressed. I think the company to be in my life , thank you again .

Our installer was so pleasant and explained everything to us about the operation of the stairlift. He was efficient and cleaned up extremely well after the job was done. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a stairlift.

A bit rough getting to a manager about scheduling. When finally get scheduled, the installer wasn’t prepared to install an outlet per contract. Had to wait another day or two for a different installer who was able to do the electric outlet. He did a very nice professional job with the electrical outlet. The stair glide was installed and tested. We we shown how to operate it. Overall pleased with this install. So far it operates just fine.

Leaf Home Safety was the only company to offer a stair lift system that would work on our steep stairs. It is a well-made product at a good price. The installation only took about 1-hour. The system is easy to operate and care for with no oil or grease required. Plus, it has a life-time warranty.

Been trying for almost 3 weeks to get somebody to come out and repair stairlift. Keep being told someone will call by end of day. No one calls! Stair lift is unusable, stops 4 feet from top, foot rest hits stairs and stops chair from moving, binds. Can’t rotate chair without hitting wall!

Well,I really Need a Lift Chair & if it's for Free. I just draw my Social Security, but I can't get off my Couch, and I'm just trying to get a Lift Chair for Free. That would be Wonderful

I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. The quote was $8,700.00 higher than 2 other quotes I received. At the time of the quote I gave them a $1,000 deposit. The next day I called to place a hold on the project an requested a hold on the $1,000.00 deposit. Two days the check was cashed. I have canceled the project by mail and by phone and requested my refund. I still have not received my deposit for 2 weeks. This much higher quote did not include the highest quality product made by Bruno. A much higher quality and much lower price was quoted by Lifeway Mobility. If you are concerned about both quality and price DO NOT CHOOSE Leaf Home Safety Solutions.

You need to make your salespeople to be honest. I know he was lying to me about his sales pitch but in the end I hope I got a good deal but I will not recommend the company because of the salesman. I haven't had the need to use the chairlift yet but I hope I will enjoy it when I do. The man that installed it I liked very much. He was polite, informative and made my son and me know how to use the chairlift. I would recommend him but not the salesman.
