Recognizing the quality of the product was a key factor in choosing the Leaf Stair Lift.

My Leaf Chairlift stopped working. And right away,the same Great installer/repairman (TIM BRIETER) that helped me in January came out today for a different problem. Tim found a small stone sitting in the track and the safety feature shut down the chair from moving. Tim vacuumed the whole track, replaced my really old batteries, checked and tightened bolts securing the chair to the floor and my chair was back in perfect working order. Thanks again Tim, for always going the extra mile. And thank you to Leaf Chairlift company for providing such a great warranty program. I was not charged anything.

Completely horrible company! From customer service to the install and price of what you get is ridiculous! Just an awful experience with this so called company!!! Never again! Should have done my homework on this one for sure!

The whole process was easy from purchase to installation.

I have chosen not to finance and want to pay my bill in full. I've called many phone numbers given to me by the installer and the only answer I get is a fax line. Could somebody from Leaf Home Safety Solutions call me? Our stairlift was completed on 2/26/2024 and seems to be working fine. We just want to pay for it.

My wife will be 84 in June, and we needed a way for her to get into the second story of our home easily, since she has some health problems and has a hard time walking. She is not able to turn the chair at the top of the stairs and her knees hits the oposite wall. Her balance is not good and she is afraid. I was under the impression the chair had ac power with a battery backup. After installation I was told it is battery powered so there is no backup. The salesman and assemblers were very professional. It was a lot of money for us, since we are on a fixed income. Thank you for allowing me to explain.

I meet with à one representative at leaf solution on thursday he took time and explain everything to me word foŕ word show video Mr Marquise was well organized he didnt rushed. The process he made feel as if i wss a part of the family he asked me what is my biggest concern i said falling. Thank u Mr Marquise Then they appt for carpenter Mr coleby came in and hooked my old worn out bathroom up cause it really needed help I'm greatful for the love time in puts in his jobs thank u Mr Coley and Mr Marquise I can feel safe getting in my shower without worrying about falling.

All went well. Had to wait for right size door but, stuff happens..All over well pleased

This Company is great. The sales person gave us allot of information in helping us make a choice. At no time did we felt pressured. The installer was very good and fast at installing the stair lift. He spent allot of time teaching us the ins and outs. Over all we were very happy with our choice. The unit Is a quality stair lift and My wife and I love it.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions were able to install a stairlift within a few days of my contacting them by phone. The price was fair and within my budget. Tim, the installer, was professional and friendly. It took him abut an hour and a half to install and then explain how the device worked. He demonstrated it, gave us safety advice, explained the limited lifetime warranty, and assured us that they were only a phone call away if we needed service or had questions. My 98 year old mother uses it twice a day - once in the morning to come down the stairs and again in the evening to go back upstairs for the night. It is much safer than my husband and I trying to get her to walk up the steps with me walking by her side and my husband lifting her right foot up a step at a time. The stairlift is quiet. It comes with a comfortable seat, two arm rests, a footpad, a safety belt, and two remotes. We leave one on the first floor and have put one on the wall upstairs. We do have to aim the remote at the chair like a TV remote or we had trouble trying to keep it moving in one direction. I did have to change the batteries in one remote rather quickly. So far, after a few weeks, it is working beautifully, and we are satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend this stairlift one others that I contacted because it is a worm drive. Customer service is quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. I appreciate that!

I found that looking in while it was being installed was an error in my part. The installation crew was very professional in the installation and my wife and I are very impressed.

Sales people were extremely good at selling the product and it was installed in a few days after purchase. It could have been moved over 2 more inches to prevent arm rest from rubbing against stair rail and also to accomodate people with longer legs.

Dwain Burgess was a pleasant person to deal with. Only flaw that I can see is where tract is joined together there is a couple of bumps as you ride down or up. Hope this is not harmful to the lift.

I am very happy with the product. However, I was disappointed with the electric hookup and the song and dance telling me the breaker was bad. I had to call an electrical company to fix the hookup to the electrical code. I was also told the breaker was okay and was operating as it should.
After the electrical people did their thing everything is fine. We both are very happy with it now.

Terrific purchase and installation
The process from beginning to end was excellent. A very informative salesman who answered our questions and gave us confidence that we made the best choice for us. The install took about 3 hours. The installer was respectful of our floors and carpeting and removed all packaging when he left. He also explained as he worked what he was dong and offered us a few options where we could decide what would work best for us. Very good customer service through the whole experience.

The 2 installation men were great. very pleasant and curteous. customer service is lousy. cant get a person to talk to that knows what they are doing. i originally paid down $5.000 and was going to finance the remainder balance of $7458. Did not hear from anyone with the finnance so sis not know who it was financed thru but was told there was not a penalty for paying off early. In the mean time my bank sent me a blank check thru my home equity for 7.7% interest. so not knowing the finance company name I wrote the check out to Leaf Home Safety Solutions. This check had a deadline for me to get that interest date. Again i did not hear anything from them so i tried numerous times trying to get a person. I spoke with Lizzie who wasnt even in this state. She turned it over to corporate. for several days I tried again. Dan Howell called me and said it was turned over to the finance company cause they paid them off. I ask them to use that check and pay off the finance company. He then tells me that it would cost $500 to do this, I offered to pay that but he said no just go get another check and he would tear my check up, i told him to send the check back to me, his reply was that he was done and hung up. he then called back 2 more times to tell me they cant send the check back just write another. i told him no not until i got the check back. He again said he was done and hung up. Needless to say I have not heard any more. I have not gotten my check back and the offer for me for that interest rate has passed. I called again and got Lizzie again because Dan gave me her number. i explained to her that Dan said he would tear the check up and she said that was not legal. Again I am hanging in limbo no returned check, cant speak to a person, just recordings but no options for me. I want my check returned to me or will contact the Better Business Bureau or an attorney. I dont know why my check cannot be returned. Hopefully someone with some sense can handle this. because of all this I will not reccommend this company to anyone. PLEASE RESPOND!

We love the Stairlift. It works great.

I was very disappointed in the two salesmen who called on us. I knew before they arrived approximately what it cost. A friend had recently bought two stairlifts and had told me she paid About $17,000. We listened to the sales pitch for about one hour and then asked what our one stairlift would cost. The salesman did a little calculation and said $19,500.00. I was shocked at the price and told him so. After another hour of negotiating we finally arrived at a price of $9420.00. We said we wanted to think about it and the salesman said the price was only good that day and if he had to come back the price would once again be $19,500.00. I had seen on the sales literature that the quoted price would be good for one year.
We sent them away but called back a week later and bought the stairlift for the quoted price of $9,420.00

I was totally surprise at the sales method. I thought that a reputable company would not use sales tactics like that. Very disappointed.

The tub to shower conversion is beyond beautiful and the installation was done by an experienced professional who is a master craftsman. Start to finish in a day and half! Every detail done to perfection. I highly recommend Leaf Home Safety for Quality service and workmanship.
