They have very good servers and good tech support. But their prices are way too high compared to other options. I stay only because migrating my sites out, would be too painful.

Very satisfied with LeaseWeb — they respond promptly to any situation that arises and helped me with all of my concerns. I recommend them to everyone. I've been a customer for 3 years now, and over the past year LeaseWeb has greatly improved its customer service and responsiveness to client needs. Thank you to them.

I used Leaseweb's VPS and Dedicated Server services for more than 8 years. Unfortunately, my experience during the cancellation process was very disappointing.
After closing our business, I informed them via email that we no longer required their services. However, I did not receive any response acknowledging my request or any guidance on the proper procedure to cancel the contract. Since we were no longer using the servers, we assumed the matter had been addressed.
When payments stopped, our account was suspended, but instead of assisting us in resolving the cancellation, we started receiving multiple legal notices through a third-party collection agency.
Based on my personal experience, I found the pricing to be high and the customer support during the cancellation process to be unhelpful. Because of these issues, I would not recommend Leaseweb to others considering their services.
Please note that this review reflects my own experience and opinions.

Specify that a FULL KYC is required, BEFORE receiving payments from clients, so that they can make an informed decision.

Very bad, unprofessional company with inconsistent KYC, they'll make you wait 3 days whilst they ignore you at which point when they finally respond they'll reject your KYC and refuse to tell you how you "failed" their KYC.
I'm a UK customer with a UK registered business. All details correctly provided as per their request.
I would not be surprised if this is actually just a data harvesting operation, use with caution.
Not a good company, won't use again or ever recommend. Stick to Contabo or AWS.

I’ve been using Leaseweb for hosting services and I’m very satisfied with their overall offering. Their products are reliable, the pricing is competitive, and the performance has consistently met expectations.
Overall, Leaseweb provides excellent value for money and a solid infrastructure I can depend on. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for dependable hosting services.

I had a disappointing experience with Leaseweb’s verification process.
I placed an order, provided my business registration documents, proof of address, and responded to all requests from their KYC team. I spent considerable time gathering documents and providing additional information when requested.
Despite my efforts, my order was ultimately rejected with a generic message stating that they were unable to verify my information. No specific explanation was provided regarding what information was insufficient or what requirement was not met.

Very disappointing experience with Leaseweb.
Years ago, when Leaseweb was not as big as it is today, I was already a customer there. That makes this experience even more disappointing. I placed an order for a VPS, but after the order was made, I received an email saying that Leaseweb only offers B2B services and does not accept accounts for personal use. Because of that, my order was cancelled.
I think this is very poor. A VPS provider that does not allow a private person to rent a server makes no sense to me. Many individuals use VPS servers for personal projects, testing, learning, development, hosting, or small online services.
If Leaseweb does not want personal customers anymore, they should say this very clearly and very visibly on their website before people place an order. Put it in big letters: “Private persons are not welcome here.”
The way this was handled feels very unfriendly, especially towards someone who has used Leaseweb in the past. If this is how they treat old customers, that is not a good sign.
For me, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend Leaseweb to personal users.

fast responses, very helpful and tech has knowledge.
I also like to add that I have been helped by different names (tech and sales) and all were excellent in communication and knowledge. I am a very happy customer.
To all those who have helped me until now: Thanks a lot.

I've been a Leaseweb customer -- running a medium-sized VPS -- since they acquired ServInt. ServInt had amazing service, so when the change happened, I expected a drop in the quality of service.
How wrong I was!
Leaseweb's service -- consistently and over many years now -- has been truly outstanding.
All their support staff go above and beyond what you'd expect. They investigate all issues promptly and thoroughly, provide detailed reports, recommend a range of options when possible, and will help you get things running well again. In the event that a diagnosis or a fix requires deeper or more detailed work, the issue gets escalated to their specialist engineers.
This doesn't make Leaseweb perfect.
But, having used several other server providers over the years, I can confidently say they leave all other server providers I've tried, in the dust. I haven't even bothered to shop around for alternatives for years.
More than happy to recommend this excellent company. You won't look back.

I purchased a US server, and I've received countless emails regarding KYC (Know Your Customer) information, but it's just a repetitive cycle with no explanation. The replies are always the same automated, identical to the first email, and they refuse to issue a refund. When I contacted online customer service, they just told me to send an email to KYC, claiming they have no authority to issue refunds or cancel refunds. Is this how you serve your customers? My order number is 44058443, the tracking number generated after payment. Is this a scam service provider? They not only ignore KYC but also refuse to refund. If you can't complete KYC, at least give a refund; have some credibility!

I have been using Leaseweb for around 8–10 years now, and my overall experience with their infrastructure and support has been very positive.
Recently my dedicated server got stuck in emergency mode during boot. The Leaseweb support team responded quickly, investigated the issue thoroughly, performed filesystem checks, corrected the fstab configuration, and fixed the partition mounting order so the server could boot normally again.
Throughout the process they kept me updated and handled the situation professionally while ensuring that the data remained safe.
After many years of using their services, this experience again confirmed that Leaseweb has a reliable and knowledgeable technical support team.
Highly recommended.

I've been with them for years, I have no problems, they've improved their VPS prices in recent months, they're very reliable, I have my main critical services with them and I'm very happy with them.

I received an invoice stating “Monthly fees increased by €8.77” for a 9-month period. Logically, that should total €78.93. Instead, I was charged €268.06, with no clear explanation on the invoice itself.
After contacting support, I learned that because I added a few IP addresses during my contract, Leaseweb treated this as a contract modification and recalculated the remaining prepaid period using a higher, indexed monthly rate. This happened even though I had already prepaid nearly two years in advance under what I understood to be a fixed-price agreement.
In practice, a small technical change triggered a repricing of the remainder of my contract, resulting in hundreds of euros in unexpected extra charges.
While this may follow their internal rules, it feels misleading from a customer perspective. A prepaid, fixed-price contract should provide pricing certainty—not hidden mechanisms that activate when you make minor adjustments.
Be very cautious with long-term contracts here, and make sure you clearly understand what happens to your pricing if you change anything during the contract period.
EDIT 16 April: I contacted Leaseweb regarding their reply but received no response. Instead, I received a message from Trustpilot, which led me to conclude that Leaseweb is attempting to have the review removed.

Paid for 3 years upfront. Never received the service.
Their own support confirmed the order was not being created due to a technical issue on their end. Then my account was blocked. When I asked for a refund, they sent a template response about fraud and high-risk regions — with zero specifics about my actual case.
This is unacceptable: they took money, failed to deliver the service due to their own technical failure, blocked the account, and refused to refund. The response from their Legal Team is a copy-paste that does not address the actual situation at all.
If you are paying upfront for a long period — do not use Leaseweb. You may lose your money with no recourse.
To Leaseweb: please consider using those €90 to modernize your admin panel — it looks like it hasn't been updated in a decade, and half the time you can't even complete a purchase through it. That might be a better investment than keeping money from a customer who received zero service.
I don't have an order, but I have the ticket number 1778680. I had a balance of 89.63 in my personal account, but there were no orders.
