Clear communication, fair quote, reliable attendance, seriously hard work for a full 10 hour day and an excellent result on a very tired top end sofa. I'll recommend Paul widely and ask him to work with me again for sure.

Contacted company for repair of a Superdry leather jacket, received their price for repair and restoration, the company sent a shipping label to use, with Hermes/Evri as the courier. Packed the coat carefully with bubble wrap in a sturdy box and wrapped box in security film and dropped the box at the local pick up.
Eventually the company contacted me claiming that when they got to my shipment there was a bag of coal!
Now claiming that I sent wrong parcel!
Evri are supposed to be investigating.
The contract for shipping is between the company and the courier as The Leather Restoration Company are the ones organising the shipment

While some of their products are great, others are below average. But be aware of their customer service they insult their customers! They refused to pay for return (I payed to ship them to me why can’t you pay for return???) and I’ve explained the colors did not match images provided. The have given every excuse not to resolve the issue and in the end insulted me. This is their reply:

Our products are coloured as described

It’s a physical impossibly for one computer screen to show the same colour as another computer screen, screen resolutions vary abs so do phone screens what you may see in an iPhone 8 will be different to an iPhone 12 they all vary, same as a Samsung screen to an iPhone

A laptop screen will be different to a desktop computer.

The colours are not relevant as the products have to be coloured over or they won’t work they will fall out

So a pointless claim that they are wrong.

The products are not wrong at all, you are using this as an excise to get a refund for no reason

We are very passionate family business and if something was wrong we would gladly refund you.

But it’s clear you don’t understand the products at all and are making this excuse to get a refund ”

As you can see this person didn’t even write his her name under this!
Who else found interesting that they expect filler to be held by color over it?

Paul came yesterday to revive our settee and wow 🤩 what a great job he has done we are so pleased with the result looks like new definitely recommend to anyone thinking about having this done if you love your settee then get it looked at you will not be disappointed

A gentleman came around and resprayed the seats.

I had a few holes, marks etc

To be honest after the first visit, I was stuck fast to the seat and the gentleman returned and repolished them.

It did not last long and now my cream leather is stained by the blue from my jeans.

To be honest, I can't wait for what he did to wear off so I can go to a different company and get it done again.

Please dont think it was cheap it was 100s of pounds

Our rather expensive leather sofa was looking the worse for wear, including grease marks, spilt wine and spilt candle wax. We were considering replacing it but thought we would give this company a try. We were slightly apprehensive but Paul did a fantastic job, thoroughly cleaning it and then applying a dye (which was a perfect colour match) to restore it to how it looked when we bought it. The whole procedure took 4 or 5 hours and whilst it wasn't cheap, it was excellent value, and we are delighted with the results. Not to mention it has saved us the cost of a replacement sofa. Paul did a professional job and my wife and I are really pleased with the results. Thoroughly recommended.
