Ordered a 30 watt LED Street Light and received a Lamp unit for a 150w LED Hi bay Light, after contacting the seller, they corrected the order. Street Light is very bright and is Ideal for lighting my garden.

shocking company. Had to return the e14 LED bulbs as the dimensions on website were incorrect. Made several calls to chase the refund in January 2014 - was told a man would call me back on more than one occasion, and when I pushed for this to be sorted, was only put in my place by a very rude woman. In the end they never refunded me, and had to chase barclaycard for the money (they refunded me as a gesture as ledconnection still refused). No reply to my emails and certainly nothing wrong with the items I sent back, and would have kept them had they given the correct info on their website. Am now very careful when shopping online. Bunch of cowboys and looks like the business is run from their spare bedroom from the address given to send the goods back.

I was happy with the price I paid for the GU10's and MR11's I ordered. They arrived quickly and look great. I bought them to held reduce my energy bills.

Took more than 30 days to get a refund and that's only after I chased them twice. Some guy called me back to sort out the refund but he did not know how their order numbers worked. They sent me the wrong wattage bulbs and therefore should have refunded me my return postage according to their t's & c's but have not had that refunded and he sounded confused when I asked him if I am getting that back.
