I forgot about Rob Willhite who has been really exceptional to help me with a return I wanted to do, something that I never do being too much of a challenge for me, an added thing to my agenda, that I can't really handle, but I don't think I have much time left. He's one that's been great though, I forgot about his replies to me, recently..!! But that site I don't know if it's my phone, or it purposely takes me in circles? Anyone would get disgusted esp if they did not forget their password, but it keeps coming back as incorrect. And seems like you need to be a computer whiz to get past this! Recent experience? January 1st why do I need to sign in multiple times, and still password issues as I'm supposed to be sent an email to reset it. But I can't spend an hour on this. The Ledlenser lights are good but doing a request for help, always get an immediate reply saying, please type your reply below this line, and it always depends on who replies at any given time, and not once when calling their Oregon Ledlenser anyone had ever answered the phone lines? Maybe it's this phone? I have no idea why I continue emailing support for Ledlenser. I don't like giving a pretty low score but maybe I can get real support! I'm forced to say more, what I'll never know is why 10 to 20 years ago Ledlenser was great no matter which way you look at both their products as well as their personnel, because counting the positive experiences has been almost close to none, except for Rob W as he's been with Ledlenser USA for a very long time, thought he just recently started with Ledlenser but ot doesn't hurt to add another star⭐️I know that I really should bring out all of my Ledlenser Lights but I'm not young like all of you anymore, but I will do this for Trustpilot asap!

Absolutely love the light iv owned two of these the h7r and the h15 r and they do not disappoint! Both very good lights long battery life! Great zoom in and out they shine for a pretty good distance! The company shipped directly after purchase! And I’m very pleased! My the h7r I gave to my dad I owned it for about 2 years and he has had it for well over a year and it’s still going strong! He loves it!

Don't buy from this company Ledlenser ,This company is over rated and it's customer service is in the gutter
Had a P7 450 L torch that had to be returned they told me they would send a P7R but a P7 Core
arrived they took no ownership or responsibility for what they said and Did , Spoke to a a person called Caroline who will be in big demand at the Christmas panto as she has the Personality of Ebenezer Scrooge, the torch they send is so flimsy it's now inside a Christmas cracker and I have bought a 2000Lum one for £19.99 what a waste of time dealing with this Ledlenser.

While the products this company produces are top notch, the customer service I have received has been terrible. After not shipping my order, I attempted to contact this company via the number on their website (which leads to a phone tree) a total of 7 times (3 times leaving a message) and never got through. My messages were never responded to. After sending several emails, I finally heard back from one employee. It took 3 emails to get a basic question answered, and the employee made it very clear he was not reading my email, nor did he care. I finally have decided that I will return everything and apply for a refund.

The first return request I sent in sat for over a week with no approval. I emailed again, and as before it took 3 emails for the employee (scott) to actually understand my very simple request (which was essentially "I requested a return, my RMA is XXXX can you please approve it and tell me where to send it") Multiple times Scott just told me to initiate a return...which clearly I had done since I had given the RMA in the email!

I fully expect to have to battle or get the CC company involved in this, as getting any response from this company is like pulling teeth.

Additionally, due to the fact that the company is not really reachable (which if you look at their Facebook or Instagram you will see many reports of people not being able to get ahold of customer service. ) their "7 year warranty" is essentially null and void.

So in short they make good products but not good enough to justify this terrible customer service. Steer clear and go with surefire or Fenix.

I will update if they give me any hassle about the return. At this point i am so frustrated I am returning everything.

My TFX Gacrux torch developed a fault around 12 months after I bought it. I contacted Ledlenser UK customer services team and they offered me a credit note - I just had to supply a few details and they got back to me very quickly.

Unfortunately, the credit note was only redeemable against full price items, and to get a similar torch (in terms of lumens) I would have had to pay over £100 extra. I instead opted for a torch with a lower lumen rating, which I still had to put money towards.

So, helpful people working on their customer service, but a bad outcome.

Batteries are not part of the warranty and are specific to ledlenser so there is no alternative. In my experience with two batteries they are only good for about 50 charges before a noticeable degrading of battery life occurs.

Both my partner and I have Ledlenser. Decent but expensive. Ledlenser NZ did not honour warranty. Because of this will look elsewhere next time.

I bought it through a popular online celebrity. I fell in love with it at first sight. I haven't started using it yet. I hope it's great.

what happen to may flashlight every time i push the botton cannot not function always blenk like...plaese tech me how to operate this..

The 7 year guarantee might sound impressive. However, that is only on registration, which they know most people won't do. They also ignore mention of the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

As someone whose H19R failed in three years you need to register this product. Or else just buy a headlamp with a normal warranty.

The instructions sheet is useless. So is your technical support. The P5r looked good at the store, costs too much, and now I own paperweight. I leave on a thru hike in the morning and will need to pick up a tent light somewhere along the way. Added info 7/18/24. Still critical of instructions sheet included with product, but I was able to reset to factory settings after watching several YouTube videos. The problem with flashlights is that you usually won't know that you have a problem until it's dark; flashlights should be easier. Changing my rating to reflect quality in manufacturing but poor performance in design and support.

I have multiple ledelenser lights and had some for many years and they all still work flawlesly. Quality is absolutely great! I lost the charging cable for 1 of them and contacted ledlenser if i could purchase it from them, they responded to me that the cable was on its way and sent to me completely free of charge! Costumer service is the best i had from any company ever! Amazing company!

I purchased two Ledlenser headlamps around two months ago, so I can’t speak to a substantial track record, but I have been using them nightly & the quality and design are excellent. I purchased the IH9R & the H15R and I was very pleased to learn that they feature a warmer and more full spectrum light, not the harsh, fake looking white light on the cheaper headlamps on Amazon. We have bought many of the cheaper lights and have been dissatisfied eventually with all of them due to poor design & lack of quality, in other words they broke, sometimes within a few days. One day I walked into the room where I was charging one and there were small smoke rings floating up from the headlamp due to faulty wiring.
You’ll know the difference with the Ledlensers in no time,
the Ledlenser’s zoom & dimmer features & very long battery life are remarkable. They are a joy to use.
If you’re satisfied to purchase a cheap headlamp to hopefully work during a weekend camping trip, buy the trinkets on Amazon. If you want a dependable quality tool, try one of their many models. The 7 year guarantee says it all.

The prodact is great, no worries about dead battery on the headlamp and you can charge also other devices, so cool!

Led Lenser always make great products at a good price I have their P7 Torch from 2007 and its still great. Bought the ML4 camping lamp today cause its so small and enough light in a hut to see what you are doing.

Easy to work with, very fast shipping, high quality pretty bloody good all round.

H19R core hard to use (buttons don’t work very well) and battery runs out really quick not good for long walks in dark as your left in the dark 🫤 will be looking for a premium head torch as this one is a low budget head torch not good

Bought 2 kids torches from them online - very nice designs/well thought out. Needed a repair for a problem we caused and customer service was fantastic.

Brilliant quality and lasts without keep having to charge every 5 minutes.
